Right, to your questions. These terms are *actually* more of an academic or assessment thing- doctor-to-doctor (etc) so that you don't have to each write a dissertation on the same client to make sure you're both on the same page- than they are something someone should be carrying around as a solid part of their identity, sort of like being diabetic doesn't define you, but still, the terms existing at all are useful and good to know to help quickly explain perspective and experience.

I've never quite grasped this one and admit that I know relatively little firsthand. HRT will usually make you look like a young boy before looking closer to a girl (some people never reach that last phase though) so yeah it'll de-age you.

The sad and longing feeling of being very very homesick all the time is the closest description I can think of.

For me it's just really hating my masculine features, a lot, like, a lot a lot. I'll just say though, my mother attacked multiple men with knives, she's emotionally manipulative, and just an all around cunt, I've taken a lot of her negative personality traits for myself, despite not living with her for any longer than a month, so have some of my siblings. I think maybe it runs in the family I don't know it's purely anecdotal but it's definitely something you can get over, if you can't that's technically a personality disorder I think.
