I have done this before, for me I find a kind of 3 day rule applies, in that if you make it past the first 3 days of hell then your benis just gives up and doesn't trouble you.

I'm 26 years old, 182cm and have size 14 in women's feet, a huge head, giant shoulders, and am always told that I am "such a big guy", but I'm also painfully repressed maximum AGP/possibly just trans, and I want to kill myself because it's the only potential option I have, but I also don't want to die.
What do you do as a mentally ill AGP ready to crack, with absolutely no chance in passing ever? Why am I cursed to feeling this emotional trauma and anxiety, living with deep profound jealousy every time I look at a woman, with no chance or option to cure it?
Life is fucking terrible and I lost the only important coin flip of my entire life at birth.
