I'm a bi girl and I would say yes. It's more accepted by society to be straight. You don't have to dissapoint your family etc. It's also easier to have a kid, something that is super important to me. I slept around as a closet lesbian in my wild young years, then settled down and got married to the world's straightest man. He thinks my bisexuality is cute and doesn't intimidate him at all.
