I know there are specific threads for this stuff but I'm so fucking desperate for quick and direct advice. I'm a tough situation with my shitty super religious and conservative parents but I'm a teeny weeny bit free right now to make my own choices kinda. I want to start my transition since I'm 18, but don't have long until I become 19. Where do I start with hormones? Do I have to go to a specific clinic or could a university counselor help? I believe I heard something regarding trans stuff but I'm too scared to ask. And where do I begin with feminizing my body? What's a good way to get a flat stomach? And how would I go about epilating my body? As for facial hair, does laser work like electrolysis? I heard it's worse but my facial hair is black and I'm white as fuck so laser could work, right? And any advice for skin, nail, and hair care? Please help me start because I'm so desperate and have no idea where to begin.

If you want to start before you're 19 the best route would be self-medding, and then while you're self-medding try to get a legitimate prescription. The self-medding will likely make this much easier, because then they know you're serious and will want to get your legitimate prescriptions and monitoring.
What you do exactly depends on your area. An informed consent clinic in your area would be a good start, or if that doesn't exist where you're at, a therapist specializing in transgender stuff.

Use an IPL home laser device if you have enough money. It will work good on you since you have white skin and black hair.

No, the laser heats the melanin in your hair if there is any. Getting your hair rid by the laser is way faster than electrolysis which is a pain in the ass (about 100-400 hours needed). But for you the laser is definiately the way to go.
