Almost 3 months on HRT and about 2 months on Finasteride still losing hair and it's pretty bad now
I'm not balding, it's a receding hairline, will Minoxidil work?
I'm cautious because I hear it leads to more shedding at first so I'm wondering if I should give the Finasteride alone some more time

i'm not sure finasteride would have a major effect on a non-balding recessed male hairline but estrogen should...eventually
but your best option here seems to be ffs to bring the hairline forward and that's what i see most people in your situation do
for a relatively cheaper alternative, hair transplants with a trans-friendly surgeon understanding you're going for an actual female hairline could work
