Try to not lose weight too fast or you'll get a lot of saggy skin. Cardio and calculating your ingestion of cals is more important than losing weight fast.

Alimentar reeducation not a miraculous diet.

Cardio is important because once you lose just a bit more weight you'll want to hit the gym, and your body needs to be used to doing exercises. Once you DO start your weightlifting routine stop the cardio or you'll kill your gains.

My dad is a bisexual, and both parents are swingers. Two gay and married uncles who threw me a coming out party. They're sweet, got me some rainbow earrings that are pretty gaudy but I was 14 so it was still cute.
