What are good gas masks/filters private sector or surplus? Also from a affordability standpoint.
Don't buy a milsurp if you intend to actually use it . Get a 3M mask that seals around the face and is rated for all the exposures their filters cover. Then get organic/aerosol filters. And if for some insane reason you actually get mustard gassed, grab the person nearest you and drag them the fuck out with you. You don't want to hang out in one of those gas clouds.
Dont get milsurp, 3m and hepa rated filters are the way to go senpai

I use a Milwaukee fastback at work (electrician). Great little knife, easy to open, the blade is sharp, and it's very durable.

What was the best tank of WW2 and why was it the Tiger II (H)?
It was the T-34 /thread
why does it have to be the most ineducated piece of shit that create the thread ?

>what is fuel consumption
>what are production costs
>what is an airstrike
It did a great job of ripping the enemys first line, but was too big to use the momentum. Best tank was the Panther (T34 closely behind)

So, other than my AR I generally prefer guns with integral mags or functionally integral magazines.
What are /k/s favorite firearms that have integral mags?
revolvers

/k/ here is the chance, you want to test your operating skills but fighting Daesh is to risky? Then why not go to africa, test your operating skills on poachers and be a hero when you come back, you can still talk about how you tried to save those animals and just had to do it.
How about making a nuggetfest there?

Don't you need to get like 50 shots before you take a trip to Africa?
I mean 6:25, can you bring gear from the US to wherever this is?
Hey guys, so I recently bought pic related (A yugo m48) and now I need to clean off all the cosmoline, now I already have some simple green for the metal parts and some murphys oil soap shit wood cleaner for the wood/furniture/stock. My problem comes from my lack of a large enough container to soak the metal parts it. I have a large plastic tub/storage bin which will fit the action/barrel/receiver and all the metal goodies however I'm concerned that the plastic might get fucked by the simple green, anyone have any history with this stuff? Are there any cheap metal (probably steel) alternatives to this that are at least 34" long, about a foot or less wide, and at least four inches deep? Any help would be appreciated, also share your cosmoline and milsurp rifle stories I guess.
Go get a 4' length of 4" diameter PVC pipe and end-caps from the hardware store.

I'd like for it to be open so I can dunk and scrub but thanks for the suggestion.

Try and find those old school metal trashcans at home depot
Anyone here have any tactical/operator pepes?
what's that gas mask?

A buddy of mine works at a local gun shop and I talked to him today when I stopped by during my lunch hour to buy some .22 ammo. I checked out some ammo deals they had (they had a spam can of 54R for a decent price) and when I asked him about .45acp, he showed me a few boxes of PMC or some shit like that. He then told me that 99% of .45ACP purchases are made by guys over 40. He said that none of the younger people either buy .45ACP guns or ammo.
WTF happened? Is .45ACP dying?
>>30158552
Only gun I myself own is a 45 acp, but we have a reloading press so I don't buy rounds
24 y/o
It doesn't have street cred.
9mm, a 10mm, and a .45acp. Someone invented 10mm and put all the others out of business. 10mm is so popular they make 10mm lite (.40S&W)
woodland is a fine camo.
unless you are selling camo to the USA military.

Nice thread champ. Now try putting it on, your human silhouette is what needs to be camouflaged and M81 does a poor job of breaking up the silhouette.

Let's talk strategy games. Things like CMANO, Graviteam Tactics, Wargame, Total War, etc etc.
Sidenote: If anyone else play GT:Mius Front, how the hell do I attack things like towns/trenches without losing such massive amounts of men? It always eventually becomes a slog that eats up 3/4 of my forces.

Lots and lots of fire support. Make sure you have fire superiority before you close in, and when you do, bring the tanks in close.
Realistically, the best solution is not to fight in them at all. Cut them off and make them waste their supplies before attacking.
>>30158433
I like Wargame, play a match here and there. Deck construction is tricky.
I have a question why has there not been a push to create bullpup long range semi automatic rifles.
I know they are a bit more maintenence heavy, but wouldit not have more positives such as better balanced if firing from kneeling to standing positions. As well as the fact that you could put a 20-25 inch barrel on it and still keep it smaller than standard 16 inch rifles?
>>30158353
Look up kel-tec rfb. I know keltec is a meme brand but they have made what youre describing.
The bulk of long range shooting is done by people who enjoy working with equipment that they are used to. They haven't been exposed to such weapons previously, are unlikely to encounter them in the hands of other shooters and are unwilling to part with their money for a product that they aren't familiar with.
As such, there are comparatively less companies producing them because they know the market is small.
>>30158580
I'm guessing the reason the military hasn't adopted them is the cost to manufacture
You all heard about this hilarious shit?
>Flips crash a ship onto a submerged island to claim it as theirs
>Force a bunch of Flip Marines to stay there to keep the Chinks from towing it away
>Flipmarines have to survive by fishing with makeshift equipment and drinking rain thanks to having basically no support at all
