I fucking hated mine, Traded it and an SKS for a Winchester 94. That being said ammo is hard as fuck to find and when you do its expensive as shit. If the deal is cheap enough buy it and flip the ammo and you will get x3 your money back

They are handy and light little rifles, but the fitting on most M95s is iffy. A lot of them are very hard to cycle because of mismatching parts. You would have to get a feel for the bolt by raking it a few times and maybe dry firing it.
If it feels good then I say go for it, but most M95s I've seen go for about 300 without ammo so it depends on the price.

You'll get hot as shit and want to take it off within 5 mins.

I mean it's your gun, you can lower it's value all you want. Might as well put a scope on a mini 14 since a front line rifle will be about as precise. There's a reason it wasent pulled when it was originally made.

the rail on top of the tacticool handguard pump is useless for an optic. it wiggles. lucky you can still see the bead front sight under it.
