4channers made the flag script, so I'm gonna assume he hangs out here. So here it goes;
Why was provinces removed for Sweden in the script? There are still province maps on that Imgur.
The current two levels don't have flags all the way, anyway. Provinces being left out hinders both Sven's ability to flaunt nice flags as well as complete flag collection. ;__;

Pls fix, the province flags are still there in earlier Github versions.

Because they are not official flags they are historical.
The imgur doubles as a database for templates for administrative divisions and a personal project, there are also other templates there that are just there because they are some kind of division they dont have to have flags

Depends on which version you refer to. The ones used by this script in the beginning were those 'unoffical' ones that were made to make provinces have flags in standard flag sizes, yes. But Sweden has official province flags, as well. These have not yet been made for this script though.

Besides, while provinces used to be administrative regions prior to >muh democracy, provinces themselves are still there and still have their official coat of arms and flags.

Besides, the flags I'm talking about that are missing are flags that should be there but aren't, because the lowest level of flags are now municipalities, and all municipalities have a flag and a coat of arms, and lots are missing from the script. For Kalmar county, for example, only Kalmar municipality is available as a municipality flag, despite Kalmar county spanning 12 entire municipalities.

If you look at the CSS code all flags are spliced from a giant image that has all the flags adjacent to each other.

There are 7 flags that don't have any 4chan links, but have the ability to be spliced off of the flags.6.png.

Most official municipality flags for Sweden are missing, which is the lowest level of flags currently. Some of the county flags I tried only have one municipality in the dropdown, for example. I have not found any workable with graphic files of the flags, been looking around on Google quite a bit. I think one would have to simply find out what each municipality flag looks like and make it from scratch. Municipality coat of arms are more readily available and since most, if not all, municipality flags bear the coat of arms, it shouldn't be too hard.

I'd like the province flags, though, even if you're not going with the known, but alas unoffical, ones you used to have in there. All 25 official ones are here:

This is the list template I have. It already has 1 or 2 flags on it though.

I started collecting regionals back when there weren't many, and then everyone started adding loads and I made the huge mistake of not organizing my folders, so now my country folders are just a mess of different states, districts, municipalities, etc.

And my 2nd mistake was not starting to put them on a map earlier. It would take fucking ages to do that now.

Then I stopped in July because I was going on holiday and when I came back it was just too much effort to continue it all.

I started putting them on map templates, but then those maps became obsolete because they started adding disctricts, municipalities cities and so on, everytime I tried to start filling a map, a new set of flags appeared and my map was now obsolete
now I just write the names in an excel, is easier and faster than putting in maps

can only be assigned either a Canadian IP (Montreal, Quebec) or American

Hmm my guess it depends on whatever program those sites are using to read the location. 4chan uses Geolite by Maxmind.

IP addresses change locations depending on what ARIN puts out. They were probably UM at one point, someone stopped paying ARIN fees, and the IPs were taken back and rereleased to OVH but as Quebec, since that is probably what OVH requested. I'll reword the question and ask for those specific IPs and not mention anything about UM.
