Is it possible to hand craft logic gates (at any size) and build a very primitive computer? I mean like with wires. I can construct them on paper but I know nothing of their composition or construction

(i.e. the ID and the sum of downloads, ordered by most downloaded)

I don't know what the IDs are, so I can't reference them directly. It seems like it should be easy, but I'm completely stumped.
