>Less than two years after my presentation titled “Open source for the government”, and almost exactly one year after I became advisor to the deputy prime minister of Bulgaria, with the efforts of my colleagues and the deputy prime minister, the amendments to the Electronic Governance Act were voted in parliament and are now in effect. The amendments require all software written for the government to be open-source and to be developed as such in a public repository.
>It means that whatever custom software the government procures will be visible and accessible to everyone. After all, it’s paid by tax-payers money and they should both be able to see it and benefit from it.

Noone it's a third world country, completely stupid, you're exposing all the holes for potential hackers to come in. Bravo bulgarian.
Random agent spoofer or Secret Agent?
Secret agent
neither; just set it to the most used one
>>55423548
>the most used one
That's fucking dumb. According to https://techblog.willshouse.com/2012/01/03/most-common-user-agents/ the most common user agent makes up only 5.3% of all UAs. Why bother spoofing at all?
OK, I'll make this quick. I'm an idiot and dropped my OnePlus One. Screen is broken and is completely black. My computer recognizes it, but you have to change it from charging to data transfer in the menu in order to transfer data via USB. USB debugging is also not enabled, which has prevented any of the recovery tools I've tried from working.
Is there any way that I can recover the photos and data from the device? Tried looking, but can't seem to find a solution that works.
Can it output HDMI through USB? I'd look at that. If it can, attach a mouse (I suppose it supports OTG) and do you stuff.

Idea I would have is plug a USB keyboard and mouse and look up the right hotkeys to get to settings and enable dev mode - you might just need to unlock the phone to do a USB disk mount.
I do this all the time when my laptop undock script fails and my screen is black.
as a birthday present my father bought me a bought winrar version

Why haven't some Chinese hackers financially backed by some shady Chinese conglomerate reverse-engineered Windows and recreated the source code from scratch yet?
They probably have but you just don't know about it.
>>55423091
It would be an extremely difficult and time consuming process. The time spent reverse engineering windows could be used to instead create a far better OS.

http://deepin.org/ It's a good distro. Not trying to bait or anything.
It's open source, good UI, good default apps, and comes with a licensed copy of crossover (for free).
It's the most normie distro out there, even more than ubuntu.

So whats the big deal ?
It is the same OS with slightly worse skin + you will have newer xbox games when they come out
>>55422738
Yeah you're right, everyone should upgrade to Windows 10 if they're using Windows.
>>55422758
You think win 7 does not sell you out ?
1070 or 480?
poor and don't play games? - 480
have dough and play games - 1070

want to feel like you have a big dick because you live paycheck to paycheck and you put the last couple pennies you had this week into your pc? 1070
they're different cards targeting different market segments

Post your face when it turned out most neuroimaging research results from the past two decades belong in the fucking trash.

>Functional MRI (fMRI) is 25 years old, yet surprisingly its most common statistical methods have not been validated using real data
>In theory, we should find 5% false positives (for a significance threshold of 5%), but instead we found that the most common software packages for fMRI analysis (SPM, FSL, AFNI) can result in false-positive rates of up to 70%
>a 15-year-old bug was found in 3dClustSim while testing the three software packages (the bug was fixed by the AFNI group as of May 2015, during preparation of this manuscript)
>It is not feasible to redo 40,000 fMRI studies, and lamentable archiving and data-sharing practices mean most could not be reanalyzed either

It's useless tech anyways. The brain is just an antennae to the soul so studying it is pointless.
