I'm 8 months in and barely making progress. right now I think I look worse than the last pic and don't even want to take it. I started 5'10 190lbs and very dumpy and am now 175lbs regular dumpy. people notice progress and I'm happy seeing that I'm leaner when I catch my reflection in public, but I feel like the best I can ever do is slightly better than now and I'll never have a normal chad body.
the things I'm doing right:
> going to the gym 4-5 days a week with a /fit/ approved routine
> counting calories daily
> getting enough protein
> getting enough sleep
> intermittent fasting
things I might be doing wrong:
> I still eat fast food often (I dont eat fries or fried chicken but I'll often have something like 2 mcdoubles for dinner)
> my lifts don't progress often (I just fail attempting to do one more rep every time I try to move up with any lift)
> I eat 2kcalories. I experimented for a while and this was the lowest amount I could get without seeing my lifts go down.

Get a job in retail
First think that ur not in high school anymore. People aren't going to embarass you if you ask someone out. But don't do that at work, do that in places that no one will remember you. Like practice.
Finding friends around work is easier because it's not a relationship. Just hang around people, try to speak.
Observe your environment and think if clever things to say. Practice telling jokes.

are you supposed to gain some fat after starting to work out, i can see the muscle gains in the legs, but I've also noticed gains in the abdomen and no weight loss in the face, do i need to reduce calories? Im eating about 1800-2200 a day, no cheat days

Absolutely. If you eat a surplus of calories, which you need to gain strength, you will also gain fat. Nothing wrong with it as long as you do 20-30 mins of cardio 1-2 times a week.
Ever since I hurt my back I've become bored of my life. My disc is Bulged I've been in and out of physical therapy. I am not able to carry groceries without pain the next day. Take time to know what the assignment is really asking for and what information you know that fits that task. From there after you are playing around with a central thesis, you then plan the argument itself. What are you your central points that make your arguments strong? Are there any quotes that you can use?
and when writing your paper always keep in mind these questions:
How do these points relate to each other?
How do they relate to my thesis?
What would my teacher think of the argument so far?
