A stew I make from a recipe my grandma gave me (literally heart attack in a pot), and cheap 2$ train station kiosk cowboy stuff.
Deep fried fish sticks and whichever of the Animorph series fits my mood best.
I'm going to put you on a 0 calorie/day diet.
I want you to lose 100 pounds by the end of the month.
>>17362
>lose 100 pound in a month
Assuming that I'm a sedetary fatass I'd have to be about 1800 pounds to be able to lose 100 pounds in a month on 0 calories per day
I gained 140 pounds but I swear I stuck to it with only like 1 cheat day!

I want to do 20x1 for all lifts.
The first 3-5 would be warmups, then the rest would be done at 85% 1RM.

I get that it's april fools but how about you fags talk about fitness
Hello, first post on 4chan
im a lazy guy
height is about 1.78 meters
weight is around 114 kg
i used to follow a diet from a nutritionist which went like this:
breakfast: 2 cups of water after you wake up
1 cup of coffee with 1 tea spoon of coffee mate OR 1 cup of milk low fat or skimmed
then eat 2 hard boiled eggs, with a side of sliced cucumber and tomatoes.
noon-snack: a fruit, apple, banana, orange, 13 grapes, but mango i would eat 1 fifth and stuff that is usually quite sugary i would eat a tiny bit of it, so i stick to apples and bananas or skip this snack entirely.
lunch: 1 or 2 wooden spoonfulls of rice and 3 laddle fulls of stew, the stews are usually heavy with vegetables, and some beef cubes.
or 200 grams of meat(chicken, steak, fish) very little oil on the pan, or if i marinated them with vinigar and garlic, i drip some of the sauce into the pan and that works too.
after lunch snack(around 5 pm): a wafer bar like those unica chocolates or a cereal bar.
dinner : a bowl of salad with a can of tuna on top, preferably water but the super market doesnt have those so i drain the oil from the can.
i followed this from early august till mid to late january this year, and went down from 126 kg to 111.25 kg. i was doing gym for the first 2 months but then stopped as i had started my fall semester in late september.
i want to know what you guys think of that food regiment i followed. should i keep it or change it a bit? it was at 1700 to 1900 calories or kilo calories, can't remember.
also for gym work i don't do cardio( not a douch bag, i have flat feet so jogging for walking for 15 minutes makes my feet hurt like crazy) i wouldn't do cycling cuz we dont have a machine for that and its a death hazard doing it in the city i live in, (effing scooters) , i cant really do push up or pullups(no pull up bar, and they fall easily) maybe crunches and weights as i can use books for that. i'm looking for back muscle training and upper body strength but for leg training maybe squats and weight lifting. i can do those in the morning on monday wednesday and friday as my only class starts at 11 am.
what do you guys think?
PS: pic not related

Alright so I finally got around to it and bought a copy of pic related.
Naturally I started reading it instantly, but it's nothing like I thought it would be and I didn't even get past the first page
Look at the opening:
>In the late summer of that year we lived in a house in a village that looked across the river and the plain to the mountains. In the bed of the river there were pebbles and boulders, dry and white in the sun, and the water was clear and swiftly moving and blue in the channels.
>Troops went by the house and down the road and the dust they raised powdered the leaves of the trees.
>The trunks of the trees too were dusty and the leaves fell early that year and we saw the troops marching along the road and the dust rising and leaves, stirred by the breeze, falling and the soldiers marching and afterward the road bare and white except for the leaves.
>The plain was rich with crops; there were many orchards of fruit trees and beyond the plain the mountains were brown and bare.
>There was fighting in the mountains and at night we could see the flashes from the artillery.
>In the dark it was like summer lightning, but the nights were cool and there was not the feeling of a storm coming.
>Sometimes in the dark we heard the troops marching under the window and guns going past pulled by motor-tractors.
>There was much traffic at night and many mules on the roads with boxes of ammunition on each side of their pack-saddles and gray motor trucks that carried men, and other trucks with loads covered with canvas that moved slower in the traffic.
>There were big guns too that passed in the day drawn by tractors, the long barrels of the guns covered with green branches and green leafy branches and vines laid over the tractors.
Well... I'm pretty confused, this doesn't seem like a good starting point for any sort of exercise to build strength.
Can anyone explain this?
>>17401
tee heee
has /fit/ read enough books to understand?

Is Fichte /ourguy/, /fitlit/?
He introduced the concept of will into philosophy, but without all the autism of Schopenhauer and Nietzsche, and specifically, the idea of asserting the ego against the non-ego. If the boundary between ego and non-ego is the body, isn't this the first thing we should strive to make conform to our will?
Make yourself in your own image.
I'm sorry bro, people here only read DFW, Pynchon, Joyce, Schopenhauer and Plato
They don't know Fichte :(

Yeah I know I used to go on /lit/ a lot.
