Eh I'd avoid Victorian buttons unless you're trying to draw attention to yourself. At least in America anyway. Military style pea coats are a more subtle option while still having that crisp uniform feel.

not sure about the specific jacket though.
if it is bellfield, you can find their stuff on asos.
