I feel so fucking STUPID every time I wear these docs. I know this outfit is an shit or something like that. But I can not for the life of me find anything to make these docs look good, any advice on how to properly rock these. Here's a photo of my grandfather (second to the left in the upper row) and his friends during his time in Soviet Armed Forces of CCCP. He was in motorized infantry unit, so called "motostrelki" (мoтocтpeлки).

Over the last few months I've noticed a fair few threads about the sticky not being coherent, or just out of date. I helped put it together back in the day but I feel like it serves as more of a static reference (list of stores or whatever) instead of a first port of call for a new user. I started out as a /fit/izen, and their sticky is a particularly handy guide to refer newfags trying to get their shit together.

It's a comprehensive document that outlines just about everything you need to know to start your fitness journey. I have some time off work coming up and I was thinking about writing something in a similar style for /fa/ for new people. It would be general enough so it doesn't go out of date with changing trends, but go into enough detail so a new user can start off on the right foot and get a decent foundation.

Do you guys think this is a good idea? Back when I was starting out there wasn't much of a beginners guide and r/mfa was way too "mature" for somebody who is 18-23 years old and not an overweight redditor. If you guys think it won't help anybody I might just make one a bit more tailored (hue) to /fit/.

What's the most effay/versatile body type I should go for? I'm fairly skinny and am having a hard time working with it. Should I try and gain some meat?
