In this clip did Rick try to kill himself but he passed out right before it could happen or did he back out at the last moment and slam his head against the table?
If you look closely you can see his shoulders depressing as if he is sighing, but at the same time I guess it could be him slipping deeper into unconsciousness.
>discuss
>>78108231
he backed out, stupid
he's not depressed enough to kill himself, but he was drunk enough to think about it
there really isn't enough to discuss and the prompt really isn't that interesting
>>78108231
I always thought the time passage was meant to confirm that he passed out, but it is kinda hard to say.
Looks like he was holding his breath, passed out, and exhaled.
>>I haven't gotten a single angry message or email thus far.
Maybe because nobody is actually invested in your comic anymore after 7 months of fuckall happening.
I can't be the only person noticing this is happening every second or third update now.
>>78107851
>>78108281
Lol you guys who don't know how fucking hard making comics is
>>78108334
updating once every 3 days is nothing
I'm more surprised he isn't backed up with tons of comics
If he's really that busy, why would he make a little doodle of himself instead of just posting the text?
nobody is impressed
nobody is happy
nobody is sated
Hey /co/, wanna go watch Ed Asner eat a sandwich?
DO I!!!!
>>78107835
Why, he order in for all the SJW's tonight?
>>78107835
Was he gay? Or he thinks that a wife would ruin every meat she cooks?
>Memepool month
>>78107424
Ok, I laughed.
>There will never be another Star Wars series that will match Genndy Tartakovsky's masterpiece.
>>78107232
Shame they wasted his talent on that Prequel shit.
>>78107232
It was cool to look at but masterpiece is a bit overboard.
Genndywars was all style and no substance, much like the prequels.
Poetry.
What is /co/'s opinion on the bad webcomic wiki?
Shit Encyclopedia Dramatica-tier garbage
It's hard to say something like a webcomic bad when it's just your opinion
By the way, where's you find that gif
>>78107217
When it started out, the writing and humor of the articles was actually pretty funny.
>>78107237
is exactly right about it nowadays, though.
http://www.dccomics.com/blog/2015/12/11/announcing-dc-entertainment%E2%80%99s-legends-of-tomorrow-anthology-series
>It’s four powerhouse tales in one colossal comic, as some of comics’ most legendary talents launch new tales of Firestorm, Metamorpho, Metal Men and Sugar and Spike—that’s right, Sugar and Spike!
>This new anthology series will reunite several characters from DC Comics’ rich history with the writers that made them fan favorites: Gerry Conway returns to Firestorm, Len Wein will handle the writing chores on Metal Men, Aaron Lopresti will pen Metamorpho, while the always interesting Keith Giffen puts his own unique spin on one of DC’s more offbeat titles, Sugar & Spike.
It would appear that to capitalize on the upcoming "Legends of Tomorrow" TV series (and possibly to cut costs printing one giant book versus four small books), DC will be publishing Gerry Conway's "Firestorm", Len Wein's "Metal Men", Aaron Lopresti's "Metamorpho", and Keith Giffen's "Sugar & Spice" in one giant 80-page anthology come March.
What think, /co/?
I don't understand. Why not just release as regular ongoings? Well, yes I guess toy're technically getting more for your 8 dollars with the page count than getting 8 dollars worth of other comics but.... why?
>>78107981
i guess it's because no one would buy all these titles separately. now the readers are forced to buy the whole book if they want to read a story. the price is still too huge and will keep the readers away
>>78107981
I think this is the only way we're going to get a Sugar and Spike mini so I'm fine with it
>Hi again. Hasn't been much to see here in a while, so I figured it was time to stop by. Actually I was planning on giving a more substantive update on the progress with both Homestuck and Hiveswap around the end of the year. I'm working on both at the same time right now, so it's keeping me very busy. But progress is going well for both. I'll probably be in a better position to say when Homestuck will update by the end of the year. I'll also have a better collection of materials to show for a Hiveswap update by then too. Progress on the game has been looking great. I've just been very focused on getting work done, so I haven't really had much time to organize a meaningful update. Check back in a few weeks though, and there should be something to see. Thanks for the patience!
Am I late to the party? Was there a thread? Pretty promising update?
>>78104169
>But progress is going well for both.
Do you think he is telling the truth, guys?
>>78104169
We've been having a few threads, but none specifically for this update.
>>78104198
It might be ahalf truth, but given what happened to the game before, I assume any progress is good progress.
>>78104169
>All right, we just got over a year-long hiatus followed by another several-month break. Now check back in a few months so you can check back in a few weeks and I might have some news on the possibility of updates at a time to be determined sometime in the future
So I just finished season 3 after binge watching this for 3 days and I gotta ask, why all the hate? It has it's downs but the show so far has been pretty great. Amon and Zaheer are 1 & 2 as the best villains in the avatar universe and minus the forced love triangle in s1-s2, the storyline is entertaining but the season finales were all anti climatic and felt rushed.
I did feel the Wan backstory tried to retcon the way bending first came around and also the harmonic convergence and air bending.
Also didn't this show suffer budget problems and being relegated to online only? What was with all the semi famous celebrities ( Serena Williams, Jon Heder, Aubrey Plaza, Henry Rollins)?
>>78096944
S3 was great but S4 kind of sucked and had some controversial relationship shit that was thrown in.
>>78097168
I don't actually mean that it sucked, it was just underwhelming after the high of season 3.
>>78096944
> Also didn't this show suffer budget problems and being relegated to online only?
Every season was fucked with somehow by Nickelodeon.
Season 1 was created under the impression that it would be a single season show.
Season 2 had time constriants while being written and half the episodes were animated by Pierrot intead of Studio Mir because of budget cuts.
Season 4 had the budget of an entire episode cut halfway through, resulting in the clipshow episodes.
Besides messing around with airtimes and were the show was being broadcasted, S3 didn't really have any fiddling done with it which is probably one reason it turned out so well.
Endtown update, looks like Holly's building up to another episode.
Its Deadeye.

>Who cares about traps?
Kobolds?
>>78096560
Explain.
Nice to meet you. Hope you don't talk like an idiot.
Can he do voices or is it everyone hiring him for that one voice?
>>78096503
i...
I can do other voices...
Just watched the finale, damn that might have been the best episode of the season. The whole thing with the guns is possibly one of my favorite SP jokes ever now.
Also it looks like South Park showed they're capable of actually building a plot and carrying it through. I hope they continue that in the future, episodic shows get old after a while.
And PC Principal is staying! So glad they didn't kill him off he's the best new character they've added in years.
>>78095992
Also the whole "ads using PC culture for their own gain" plot was pretty clever. Because in real life SJWs and Ad companies use each other. Pic-related, feminists use Dove to push fat-acceptance while Dove tells gullible fat chicks that they're somehow beautiful in order to sell their product.
I still like the ninja episode and gay episode the most but the finale was great.
>tfw 9 months til next season
>>78095992
So glad PC Principal is staying, Victoria never really added much
>people think that there is a better episode than The Four Seasons of Death
objectively the best episode.
>>78093875
When the fuck did Samurai Jack to a cross over with those god dammed ponies!?
I JUST CAN'T, I JUST CAN'T
I JUST CAN'T SEEM TO GET STARTED
Don't worry about it
>>78092042
DONT HAVE A HEART TO POST IN THE /CO/
ALL THAT IS LOCKED AND GONE
>>78092042
B-Movie is the best song.
This one is seriously drug down by constantly being interrupted by the tv and the dumb-ass master and his hot gf.
You know what I have noticed?
Adventure Time has a strict mostly female demographic. Steven's Universe appeals more to a male demographic. Why is that?
Girls come in flocks buying Adventure Time shoes, purses, hoodies, backpacks, etc. They talk about how much they love the show but when you ask them to describe an episode...they can't. Every fucking time you'll get some dumb bitch saying Adventure Time is her favorite show but she'll never admit to actually really watching it and if they did chances are they missed the part where it started to become more "lore" based then "shit happens"
Adventure Time exists not because its a good show. Its got that Spongebob fatigue. Its existence is based off all the merch it sells. Steven's Universe as poorly written as it is the the #1 draw on Cartoon Network and the closest thing to an action show.
It being that is the reason why it appeals to Boys.
>>78086532
easy, pseudo bubbline and beta finn
>>78086532
>Steven's Universe appeals more to a male demographic.
I'm not really seeing it
I guess AT is cuter and more quirky.
>>78086572
Adventure Time in no way EVER appeals to boys. Maybe children under the age of 5 who think Finn is a realistic interpretation of a generic one dimensional cookie cutter safe protagonist
I think girls are just thirsty for Finn.
>>78086562
Also 9/10 a girls favorite character in Adventure Time is the Ice King and 10/10 they just assume he's still stealing princesses which is not true. That shit is already been dropped. They think he's still the main bad guy
They don't know about Marcelines Dad
or the Lich
they think Gunter is just a penguin.
