Snyder has some sort of imaginary 'street cred' when it comes to making comic book movies, despite being a pretty awful storyteller and is probably a giant yes-man.

Speaking of yes-men, Goyer is a well known studio bitch who is capable of churning out mediocre superhero movie scripts that match the winning Hollywood formula and do fairly well at the box office.
