Per TCK, the Rebirth through plot thread lines he's established are supposed to be about two years. I suspect after at least one arc of the New Chinese Superman and seeing if sales either float or the title needs to be put to rest, and after using up the Bruce hates older Clark because he's not Brodude-perman in JL and depending on if Trinity sells or not, they'll bring him back somehow in about 12 to 18 months.

Have you ever personally influenced a comic or cartoon in some way?
Years ago when I was young I found the Billy & Mandy Wikipedia page and somewhere near the bottom I found this guy. The episode with him in it had just come out at the time and the name he was given was "Crowblatt" (that's what it says on the episode credits too.) On a whim I decided to change it to "Sir Raven" because I thought it sounded better, and in a much later episode he was in he actually referred to himself as Sir Raven.

The Punisher is always shown as being in the right when he kills people, and people unleash their inner sociopath and rub their hands in delighted glee when he kills a pedophile or similar.
But how would people feel if the Punisher killed someone by mistake, acting on bad info or a false testimony? If he exacted punishment on someone innocent? Would it matter to the fans, would it even matter to Frank?

I've been thinking this for a really long time, but this week has really made me come to terms with the fact that I hate DC. I've tried to give them a chance in the past but nothing they've ever made has really interested me. Marvel has offered me stuff like Spiderman, Daredevil, and Punished that I've grown up with, but DCs heroes have always been kiddish and underdeveloped in comparison.
What also gets me is how anal DC fans are. I've noticed that almost all DC fans are social outcasts while the majority of people happily grow up with Marvel. It feels like a really contrarian way to make decisions. With that comes a sense of unwarranted self importance. DC fans like to pretend their books are "smart," and have a lot of guys like Morrison that write a lot of pseud gobbledygook. DC stories are all about being told how smart you are and being meta. Marvel isn't high art but they're good at telling stories about people that act like people.
But what really gets me is that they're always rebooting and pushing events that do nothing but dredge up shit from their past for nostalgia. It's a backwards way of writing that shows that they're creatively bankrupt, and I feel like they hurt ALL comics, not just their own.
What do you think? Why do you hate or like DC?
