Finished the first book and found it to be okay, but my question is when will it become exciting? With all of this praise, I feel like it's just a run of the mill undercover cop story, but more on the sub-par side than anything else.
Someone pls answer

So /co/ whats his actual role in the movie?
I've heard different things:
Spoiler stuff ahead I guess
1) Looking for ways to defuse the bombs in the Squad's necks.
2) Just shoot down the squads Heli and disapears until the end of the movie
3) Just purely chasing Harley.
4) Wildcard ruining everything
So /co/ whats actually his role?
And how much screen time does he really have?
>inb4 MOM'S GONNA FREAK!

>2) Just shoot down the squads Heli and disapears until the end of the movie
This.
15 minutes tops.
MOMMY
fuck off to /tv/
These movies were a lot better than they had any riht to be
it's a solid trilogy, but to be honest, nothing groundbreaking about it.

>something needs to be groundbreaking to be good

>>84572066
Of course it;s still crap. It's crap and they don't show nipples which makes it extra crap.
giz stopped drawing nipples so everyone stopped caring

>>84572081
WUT??? but that was the only fap value, other than that the story is basicly moder sodoma and gomorra where EVERYONE is bi and there is no such thing as monogamy.. no wonder it dissapeared into oblivion

Welcome back, Anons! Since I'm working a lot tomorrow, this will be a shorter thread, unfortunately.
Yeah, this is definitely a Byrne story.

First page, and already screwing up. This is gonna be great.
And there's all the Colleen we're getting for a while. Misty, on the other hand, got drunk and followed "Danny".
Still on the quest to make all Spiders. Name a spider with a reference pic.
How about spiderman with some venom forming on him?
I woulda done batman desu
Slingers. The best alt spidey costumes ever!
why is Pendleton Ward obsessed with bees?
eg. adventure time has many bees, bee and puppycat, Breavest Warriors has a central bee motif...
anyone has got a theory?
IT'S HIP TO FUCK BEES
THERE'S NOTHING WRONG ABOUT BEING OBSESSED WITH BEES
>>84571741
>"I only have two examples. I'll throw in Bee and Puppycat and hope that no one notices."
I always see a lot of talk about not being able to get into a series because of "annoying fanbases" but is this really that big of an issue? Or do you just not want to be associated with a certain community.
It seems pretty avoidable to me. I think once you're over 25 you kinda just stop caring about that sort of thing.
I've never in my life given a fuck about a fan base insofar as my enjoyment of a property.
I think letting a fan base sway You that much is a symptom of weak shallow mind.
If I like it I like it. If I don't I don't. I don't care if it's got shit fans or is overhyped or overrated or any bullshit reasoning people use to show they lack critical thought.
When I watch SU I'm admittedly a little observant of what would be likely to make tumblr go nuts. So I guess I am guilty of it to a degree.
But is that solely my fault?
I think annoying fan bases should only ever actually interfere with you doing something if it's a multiplayer video game. Even if a shows fan base is annoying, you don't have to interact with them to enjoy the show.
What does /co/ think of Calvin and Hobbes?
I like it
>What does x think of y?
Why do you care about the general consensus of an anonymous imageboard?
Are you trying to fit in?
Is this a way to get a Calvin and Hobbes thread started?
What's your goal when asking this question?
>>84571558
>Why do you care about the general consensus of an anonymous imageboard?
Why does anyone care about any opinions?
>Are you trying to fit in?
Why would I try to fit in on an ANONYMOUS image board?
>Is this a way to get a Calvin and Hobbes thread started?
As good of an attempt as any
>What's your goal when asking this question?
To know the opinions of others
I haven't been up to date on Marvel since the end of Secret Wars. Can anyone tell me the best titles since then, and what to read to get back up to date?
Totally Awesome Hulk
Old Man Logan
Uncanny Avengers
Most other ongoings are awful.
>>84571343
>Vision (must-read, best out of ANAD)
>Ultimates
>Moon Knight
>Totally Awesome Hulk
>New Avengers
>Contest of Champions
>Carnage
>Karnak
>Uncanny Avengers
>Squadron Supreme (+ Nighthawk and Hyperion spin-offs)
>Captain America: Sam Wilson/Stand-off/Steve Rogers
>Old Man Logan
>Spider-man/Deadpool
Plus any books you were reading before Secret Wars that just continued I guess. Ms. Marvel and Ant-man are still good, but probably not worth getting into if you weren't already reading them pre-SW.
>>84571464
Oh wait, how could I forget the best book after Vision:
>Gwenpool
The current Captain Marvel run is also decent. It at least washes the bad taste away from KSD's run and is worth reading if only for that.
Why doesn't /co/ discuss this show more often. Probably the best animated comedy on CN's [Adult Swim] Airing thingy. Maybe next to Bob's burgers though I'm not sure if that show was made by Adult Swim or just airs on the channel like family guy or something.
>>84571222
Why not start the thread with a topic worth discussing instead of some meta shit about how we don't talk about some show.
/co/ doesn't like talking about shows that are generally well liked by /co/. It ends up just being a topic where the detractors get a chance to vent and people that like it don't do much besides masturbatory congratulations for liking something "good". There's not a whole lot of actual discussion that needs to be done about it.
Second season had some decent episodes but overall I thought it was rather lacking compared to the first.
Honestly they could have ended the show with the love potion episode (was that the season finale?) and it would have been perfect.

I think I forgot to post Spider-Man #14 in the last thread, but it's a good one that I remember being my first exposure to the Hulk in comics.
Are there any similar shows or comics about nonredeemable assholes?
Batman, Captain America, Daredevil, Bugs Bunny, Kim Possible, Steven Universe, Billy and Mandy
