>As it turns out, super-powered people live just like us. Sharp-eyed Redditor HT42LP caught something familiar hiding in the background of the scene when Bruce Wayne introduces himself to The Flash after waiting creepily for the guy to get home: an episode of Rick and Morty.
>The scene begins around the 1:17 mark. Bruce throws a Batarang at Barry Allen’s head, time slows to an aching crawl, lighting crashes inside the room as Barry grabs the projectile out of thick air, Bruce says, “So you’re fast,” with frozen intensity, and ‘roided-out Rick and Summer beat the absolute crap out of the Devil to a DMX song on a TV in the background.

Barry Allen confirmed for Reddit tier taste.
DCEU Flash is shaping up to the the most reddit-bait "How do you do, fellow kids" superhero movie ever.
/tv/ is going to have a field day.

Let's have a thread for those of us who enjoy both DC and Marvel comics and movies. Chat about said comics and films, speculate about the future and post heroes being friends.
Looking forward to that mini with muh Winged Wonder.

No fuck you. Drones are cancer.
They and their Evans shitposts must be removed
>>85179864
I love both. I just want Marvel to write good stories again. Is that too much to ask?

Apologies for the shitty scan
Can you recommend me some of the latest Batman graphic novels worth picking up?
>>85179756
>graphic novels
You mean comic books?
>>85179785
They're novels but with graphics. So no not comic books. Graphic novels are for adults.

A new episode is on right now. Jack McBrayer voices a character in it. I missed the first half because I overslept. C'est la vie.
this show is really well animated. not sure why i assumed it wouldn't be. but just watching it now. i'm pleasantly surprised.

It uses some technological tricks. It really reminds me of what Rare did with Donkey Kong Country back in the day - the game, not the cartoon. Just at much, much higher levels.
>It was at this stage in The Lion Guard’s production that things took a slightly different turn. Christian Larocque, animation director at Mercury Filmworks, wanted to find a more fluid way of animating characters in the short amount of time he had available to him. His idea was to “rig” the character in 3D first, which meant creating a digital puppet of each animal character, which the animators could then spin around and see from every angle. It was this technique, thought to be the first of its kind, that allowed the team to put the cartoon characters in every conceivable position, whether they were jumping on to rocks or leaping into the air. This allowed them to see how the characters would move in any given situation. “The rig has all the points of articulation; all the joints of the character, the mouth movements, the eye movements,” says Riley. Once the animators had used the 3D rig to work out how each character would look in each position, they could translate that into a 2D model to give the animation that authentic, “handdrawn” look.
I'm going to try to keep this thread alive until 1:00 PM, when I can watch the first re-run. Unless it gets put up on online before then.

More Joker in this music video than there was in the movie.
This song's not really in the movie, right? It's just a tie in, right?
On a side not, what are you smoking, captcha?

It plays in the background of Joker's club when Common shows up

meandaring pace and the kids sometimes dosen't sound really as kids, but otherwise an allright and cute webcomic
also, disregard all the drama surrounding the author
This show would be way better if they dwindled their comedy down way more so their drama moments would have a bigger impact. Right now, the escalation of some moments feels way too dire for a show that had Amy making a silly Yoshi face while eating a giant burrito only a few minutes earlier.
I know CN would never pick it up if it wasn't 75% comedy 25% drama, but it would be better. Fuck kid networks not allowing one or two shows to not be pure comedies.
Yeah we really needed another SU thread for yet another terrible opinion.
>>85179263

It ain't just kids networks. Remember how badly Moral Orel got fucked?

Did we really need like eight pages of Spender acting like a complete retard?
How am I supposed to take any superhero comic seriously after reading this?
JUST TURN YOUR BRAIN OFF, BRO
This fucking comic, man.
>>85178812
Why do you need to take a superhero comic SERIOUSLY? Does it have some deeper meaning?
Wee Hughie
They fixed harleys relationship with the joker.well partialy they are still apart but its now joker forced her away instead of harley got mad and left him when he threw her in the vat.
she still seems mostly over him from being apart so long (which is largely consistent with btas so im fine with that)
Not the best outcome but still a shitton better then what we had in the new 52
Such a bad character
>>85178736
Best outcome:Whoreley is not Harley because the real Harley is dead by Joker's hand long ago
I just finished reading the issue.
It was fairly good but i dont really see why it has to be a harley story it could easily have been a new character.
Why did hecome backafter heran away from the bar?
>>85178575
Because they cut the scene when he was meant to
>>85178575
can you guys not talk about this movie until it gets a digital release
some of us don't have cinemas to go
>>85178575
why did he getno screen timeafter heappeared in the trailer
I will never not be mad. All the money I spent on the trades for Avengers and New Avengers, all the floppies I bought for Time Runs Out, it probably adds up to the most expensive story I've ever bought. And it ends with this heap of trash? Fuck you Marvel, Fuck you Hickman, and fuck you too Ribic for half-assing your normally amazing artwork.
>>85178571
YARRRR! ...and that's why we don't buy anyithing unfinished, especially from the Big2
>>85178571
>fuck you too Ribic for half-assing your normally amazing artwork
Muh deadlines and editorial fuck-ups.
>>85178571
Hickman's Avengers was alright by itself tbqh
Nothing amazing, but I enjoyed it. Certainly better than the build up to Infinity
