Nice try OP.
Anybody else actually kinda looking forward to this? It's been a while since there's been a Marvel crossover that I thought actually sounded fun.

Can't believe they killed the hulk
>>86386626
Sonic Unleashed?
>>86386626
Is that guy in the wingsuit Darkhawk? It doesn't look like it because he has an open mouth piece but I don't recognize him otherwise.
Thoughts on Swamp Thing comics?
Some are good and some are bad
Loved the one that introduced new parliaments, wish we could've seen more of that.
>>86386559
In between the Veitch run and the Morrison/Millar run, are there any good runs? DC have never collected any of those issues (#88 to #139). I don't know whether it's because they're no good or because the writers (mostly Doug Wheeler and Nancy Collins) are little-known.
>that one time Homer was hired to kill Prince
FUCKING offended
>>86386201
Why is the Simpson so prophetic?
Hey /co/,anyone reading any new series or albums? I have the quest for the time bird loaded up on my tablet currently, gonna start reading through in a bitalso I'm in Paris for a week, anyone got any store or series recs? Did a quick Google search and saw a place called Les Super Héros, gonna check that out for sure
WTF is Lanfeust and why does t have so many spin offs?
>>86386295
Boring fantasy/scifi adventure that's "sexy" enough to keep suckers hooked.
Same as every single other Christophe Arleston comic.
>>86386295
>WTF is Lanfeust
Basically a science fantasy cape series set on a colony planet out in the hicks.
>and why does t have so many spin offs?
Because it's fun.
Novel concept on a cape board, I know.
This cartoon isn't too bad. It feels like some sort of Ed Edd Eddy, but more down to earth. Dan doesn't magically bullshit his way out of things and his plans for revenge are actually realistic and feasible.
> Dan doesn't magically bullshit his way out of things and his plans for revenge are actually realistic and feasible.
He doesn't have a job or any source of income and can afford an apartment, computer, tv, internet, etc.
He seeks revenge on Wolf-men, ghosts, Satan, and wrecked Canada.
Realistic and feasible this show was anything but.
>>86386242
He's a schizo whose life is funded by his parents. Seems legit enough to me.
I bought the dvds I watched the episodes online for view count. I tried.
I do not understand the appeal of this show at all. I watched the entire first season and a bit in to season 2, and I just don't get why it's such an essential cartoon. The show has a much larger focus on action than it's predecessor, that's quite obvious, but that makes the show very bland at times and get stale quickly. There is hardly any drama or character development in most of the episodes, and the futuristic setting is neither explored very often or is that interesting to begin with. The villains are very forgettable (one of them is a nerd who couldn't score) and barely get any character development. There was also very little of any character study of Bruce Wayne like it's promised, and like in the New Batman Adventures he's just an unlikeable asshole. I'm not a fan Bruce Timm's art style either. It's got cool action but I have no reason to care about what is going on. Does this show get any better or should I just quit, or am I just asking for another BTAS when that is clearly not what this show is?
Nostalgia, Batman, future bullshit that people liked back then
It's a fun show and cool but DCAU stuff is massively overrated in general
>>86386071
Glad I am not the only one who hated how Bruce became a huge asshole post-BTAS.
>>86386071
>There is hardly any drama or character development
>asking for another BTAS
Well, you got it.
>superhero cartoons
>ever good
Spawn is the only passable superhero show, and that is not even as good as it could be, although that's mostly the fault of source material being garbage.

what's the gimmick?
>>86385741
I hope the spin off game is better than the last one.
Captain marvel vs superior iron man.
Observe the rare "OP" variant of Anonus faggotus in its natural environment. See how it uncharacteristically waits for others to validate its efforts. Unfortunately, this is very unlikely.
>>86385748
Perhaps I should have phrased it like this: with civil war 2 in full swing, it looks like iron man is in for quite a tough time as his opponent, captain marvel, is very powerful. Given it is arguably his most powerful showing yet, do you think she could stand a chance if he had his end-sym suit in his arsenal?
>>86385888
Well since you insist on the thread the answer is no. Superior iron man was brokenly OP. That's why he never got a proper defeat.
INTERESTING PLOT ALERT
>>86385701
I smell boring, halfassed, political subtext incoming.
Why does she have purple skin no nostrils and smooth featureless ears? Is she an alien? Or an Overwatch character? I haven't read this in a while.
>>86385757
>an overwatch character
well she is talking to a Winston clone so maybe
Help me out here /co/, I have the vaguest memories of a cartoon. The main character is a little boy that fucks with birds and then gets turned into a sparrow. He has to live with them and learn to not be a dick or something before he gets turned back.
And yes I am positive it was a sparrow and not an ant
Also it was 2D
>>86385642
I have to assume it's not Sword In The Stone.
That would be too obvious.
>>86385723
It is in fact not Sword in the stone

Why doesn't Nickelodeon do more mature cartoons anymore?
This show was the shit but there's literally nothing else like it on Nickelodeon in terms of darker themes.
Even Disney has more mature shows than fucking Nick now.
I wanna know what Bryan and Mike's original plans were for LoK
They sound way more interesting then what Nick gave them permission to do
