sup /co/, im working on a Suicide Squad fan comic, mainly to improve my art and writing.
Basic story idea is a back up squad led by Wild Dog goes on a mission after the previous squad went MIA.
There any characters you want to see as members or villains, or just any other general questions?
Will your work be influenced in any way by Michel Fiffe's Suicide Squad fancomics?

The Jihad should have gotten more issues
>>86373230
actually the first time i've heard of this, thanks.
Anyways its unlikely there'll be much similarity as im basing a lot of it on golden age batman/blackhawk stuff
Rate my wife.

IT'S
So what I learned from this movie: Bruce Wayne is NOT a noble crimefighter, but an insane manchild living out a crazy fantasy and is always just one step off becoming a real psycho?
Congratulations on figuring something out that comic fans have realized for the past 30 years.
Wat
>just now watching under the red hood
Are you 12 or 14
What issue/run/story do you think ended the silver age and brought in the age of actually good comics?
Delete this slander immediately

You. I like you.
>>86372675
Spidey.
has any other comic got to this level of bad?
Plenty.
What's so bad about this?
>>86372662
The entirety of Marvel nowadays.
I didn't see any threads for this so...why not?
What does /co/ think about Pinceless? It can get a bit preachy at times, but I'm enjoying it much more than I thought I would.
>>86372537
Seems qt.

I remember the storytime where she got to her vain sister, who completely shut down her bitching and talked about how much she liked being a muse for people. And then I think she and her artists helped stop the monster?
It's another reminder that if there's even the slightest whiff of feminism or SJW or whatever, all you need to do is post a panel and people will never ever read the comic and pretend like they know exactly what it's about.
I haven't read it. So I won't jump to conclusions, however if the theme I'm assuming is present here exists, then i'd recommend "Princess Ugg." Also when it comes to the whole dragon slaying meme, are there any that make attempts to humanize the prince? I always get the feeling many men take a shot at the dragon only to die as part of a harvest ritual.
Andy Merrill (Brak) says they're running the first episode of Space Ghost at 12:30 est tonight on Adult Swim in memory of C. Martin Croker. I'll be watching. Will you?

They should probably show reruns of Space Ghost instead of the Cleveland show in memory of C. Martin Croker.
>>86372481
I'll be watching.
>>86372481
Well......It's better than nothing I suppose.
Do real actual kids prefer "demented" cartoons over "cutsie" cartoons?
I have a feeling that kids don't really care if the cartoon contains a moral truth or a life lesson.
Of course as an adult we watch cartoons for nostalgia or feels or perverted shipping or whatever, but I'm trying to think back when I was a kid and which shows I preferred.
I preferred the demented cartoons, kids don't care about learning from cartoons and they shouldn't. I'd rather they don't in fact with how emotionally fucktarded the cartoons that do try to have a lesson are nowadays
I want to fuck Cow so hard.
>>86372375
I learned to like demented shit, took longer for cutesy.
So show has been out for a couple months...
Loud House thread, anyone?
The Green House was the only good episode
This is like the thirtieth fucking thread we've had in the past two weeks. Not that I'm complaining.
>>86372020
Latest episodes besides the loudest yard have been fucking shit. Hope they drop clyde and bring back more of the sisters.
>your favourite philosopher is now a writer of your favourite comic/cartoon
what happens ?
>Thomas Hobbes
>Tomboy
Mmmm... pretty much the same, I guess.
>>86371936
Is it normal to have a favorite philosopher? Or is that just a "intellectual" thing.
This version of Aunt May is perfect
I dare you to prove me wrong
>>86371619
CW was better
>>86371619
She looks like Jill Stein.
Too hotties.
Cutest may right here.
Has anyone here read Battling Boy by Paul Pope? I saw a trade for it last time I went to a comic book store and I think it has an interesting art style, but is the story good? (no spoilers please.) I've only read one other thing from Paul Pope so I'm not too familiar with his writing but I really like his art style, any one got any Paul Pope recs?
>>86371177
Its a pretty decent introduction to the world and the plot but not much more than that. It interested me enough that I'm on the lookout for the sequel. There are also other books set in the same world about some of the important characters in BB but unfortunately those don't have the beautiful Paul Pope artwork.
>>86371672
My mistake actually. The Death of Haggard West does have art by Pope.
>>86371177
For other Paul Pope stuff, check out Batman: Year 100.
Anyone . . .
Posting superior cheesecake.
Why is there such a stigma among Marvel and DC fans for "OCs"? New canon characters?
People will often complain about legacy characters, but if a writer tries introducing something completely new they'll complain even more. Most critics of Hickman's run say that one of its problems is "too many OCs".
OP is the kind of person who genuinely doesn't understand why he's still a virgin.
>>86371120
Having sex is a biological desire to introduce your own OC into the verse
>>86371066
Usually because the OC is introduced in another characters book or on a team with already established characters. So when ever they get panel time or an arc people get mad because either they want more of the title character or just don't want to read about a character they don't know. There is also the thing where people claim that they are a mary sue, especially if that character is depicted to be more competent than an established character even for a moment. Smaller not is that other writers tend not to care about recent OCs so usually only the creator uses them and that can be seen as forced among readers. Sometimes people just get mad that they are too similar to existing characters.
