This
After so many Marvel movies, he has failed to collect a single Infinity Stone. His track record with subordinates is terrible, and by implication his schemes.
I suppose they have to get him at least somewhat close to his goal if Infinity War is going to happen
Yeah, i expexcted him to be more terrifying in GotG but he doesn't do shit.
And sounds like shit too, i hate Brolins voice for him
>>87565417
He's just kinda sitting there all the time.
Doesn't he know that only Darkseid can pull that shit off?
If they're going to make him the overarching villain of the goddamn MCU, we need to see him actually DOING something.
>"We participated in a genocide, Barney."
What did he mean by this?

Epic Flintstones
What would it take for this to be any good?
>>87565269
To write interesting, unusual stories, often with obscure characters, that couldn't be done in the main Rebirth line.
And hey, guess what?
It is good
Less MCR shit

Literally who cares
Dr Strange is about a rich genius who is also a suave arrogant prick
One day, while wallowing in his own hubris, his car blows up and he suffers a horrible debilitating injury.
What follows is months of suffering and self-searching as he slowly and painfully sheds his own self delusions and pretenses, as he struggles to free himself from his rock-bottom situation, reforging his character into something greater
Eventually he finds way to artificially fix his debilitating injury, and in the process of trying to perfect this with his massive genius, he winds up becoming a complete master of something revolutionary.
He also makes lots of quips and one-liners.
But it's not all smooth sailing, as it turns out his mentor was not all that they seemed, and he must deal with this betrayal and the repercussions caused by it
Also there's this spunky little redheaded coworker/sidekick/love interest who's constantly rolling her eyes at his quirky antics. They have a cute relationship.
Green Lantern is my favorite character too.
>>87564909
You forgot the part where Doctor Strange gets attacked by his own weapons and builds a suit in cave with scraps.
>A charming asshole who becomes a better person
>A love/hate romantic relationship
>The betrayal of a close friend
Congratulations, OP, you just identified the basic character archetypes for 80% of action movies.
Will she ever be redeemed? Will she ever be in a movie? Will she ever be the love interest again?is being a catfag pure suffering?
>>87564887
>Will she ever be in a movie?
There isn't a woman alive who could fill that catsuit.
>>87564945
We need to clone a young Scarlett Johannson. I call dibs on the rejects.
>>87565328
nah see Id clone Pam Anderson but gene splice her with someone who can actually act
How would you do Doom's redemption arc and do it right?
I've been thinking a lot about a series where he'd have been made to be the new Sorcerer Supreme, with Strange's magic being like it is.Written by Al Ewing
What've you got?
>>87564739
I got halfway through writing a post before realising that you said a well-done Doom redemption arc, rather than a return of Iron Doom to villainy.
>>87564772
At this point, I'd take that too. Fuck Iron Doom, man.
>>87564739
Even Axis did it better than Iron Doom!
>S1
>Bolin got cucked by his own brother
>Mako banged some rich chick and the avatar
>Final Season
>Bolin banged a movie actress, the water tribe princess and the daughter of the leader of Zaofu
>Mako got cucked by both of his exes
So, did they regreted making Bolin too beta and Mako too alpha in the first season?
Too bad they didn't regreted making Korra a slut
Too bad they don't regret making a shitty cartoon

Is there a single Super Heroine comic that approaches this masterpiece of the genre?
Is Japan even going to best us in our own damn medium?
It's just a lesbian porn comic.
In all seriousness if you removed the sex stuff this would be an SSS rank model of how to make a slice of life female superhero comic. Only thing that comes close is the Conner Power Girl.
>>87564688
>>87564661
Truly the Japanese operate on another level.
Hey /co/mrades, Ive been wondering why I dont hear Josh Keaton as spidey no more, and just now I was told he got blacklisted by marvel and cant work on their properties ever again.
Can anyone explain what happened? Google gives me nothing
>>87564474
Don't pay heed to rumours. Don't jump the gun, just wait until there's some actual news.

No, it's true. They voiced over him with Drake Bell on Avengers: EMH without having the curtesy of telling him. He said he was disappointed on Facebook and we know how petty Marvel gets.
>>87564474
If that indeed happened, it appears to gave gone away. He's voicing Ant-Man in some upcoming animated shorts.
>A little over one year ago DC launched the Talent Development department. The goal: to find, instruct and nurture new and current DC talent. In just a short amount of time since the launch, DC has run two successful workshops taught by a few of the greatest creators and teachers in the business; one for writers led by Scott Snyder, and one for artists led by Klaus Janson and Jim Lee.
>This year’s Showcase represents the work of writers from DC’s Writers Workshop Pilot Program, a 13-week program held January through March 2016, for professionals from an array of writing backgrounds who were brand-new to DC. The stories you’ll get to see in NEW TALENT SHOWCASE #1 are just a glimpse of what they created during the workshop, and they represent the various strengths seen when these creators were asked to join DC.
>Many of the artists represented here are also products of DC’s Artists Workshop Pilot Program from the fall of 2015. For that, DC invited current artists to the Burbank offices for a week of master classes, get-togethers with the editorial staff, tours of the offices and the amazing DC library, and discussions on craft with Jim Lee and Klaus Janson! These artists and their colorists, and letterer Josh Reed, were instrumental in bringing to life the vision and story put forth by the new writers showcased in this new publication.
>We plan to make Showcase an annual event, and truly hope you enjoy what you see. Special thanks to our wonderful teachers/advisors: Klaus Janson, Andy Kubert, Jim Lee and Scott Snyder!
>What follows is the first page of each story that will be featured in NEW TALENT SHOWCASE #1, available in comic book stores and online on November 30th. Please help welcome these new writers to DC! And big thanks to the artists that contributed to this year's Showcase!
>HELLBLAZER: THE ROAD TO HELL AND ALL THAT by Smith & Oum:
>“Being a dude from the south writing a famously British character was pretty intimidating, and with Steve Dillon passing away I’ve been thinking a lot about how much Hellblazer meant to me as that right book at that right time in my life.”–Adam Smith
Is this the book with that Indian guy with awesome name that I sadly forgot?
>WONDER WOMAN: BLOOD AND GLORY by Ayala, Randolph & Rauch:
>“Wonder Woman has always been monumentally important to me. She was strong yet gentle, a warrior and a peacemaker and, most important, her power was dependent on no man. She was everything I saw in my mother and my grandmother, and what I wanted for myself. I thought she was Puerto Rican for an embarrassingly long time, and while that was wrong, it was critical to the formation of my identity and my self-esteem. She protected my brown-ness, my queer-ness and the part of me that is woman.”–Vita Ayala
In which Season did The Simpsons became bad? I'm having a hard time thinking about it.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kZu5iDTtNg0
>>87564333
It's in contention between 10, 11, and 12 but it's generally accepted that those are the last seasons with more good episodes than bad episodes
There is no definitive shark-jumping moment, episode, or season for The Simpsons. But the typical range for where people like to say it happened falls between Seasons 10 and 12. Anything after Season 12, however, is generally considered "Zombie Simpsons".
I say season 10.
Season 9 is the last season that most fans agree was good. Season 10 is where the process began.
You are given the opportunity to finally have your waifu brought into existence and be madly in love with you.
The catch is, you first of to have passionate, unprotected sex with Mole Man.
Do you do it?
