Would Superman benefit from a speedster/Speed Force villain trying to fuck with him?
There's no saving Superman

Fags with no taste
Superman would do well to have more versatility, but DC hates that.

What good would it do?
Why do so many modern cartoons have to have one (or more) of these tropes:
>Quirky, awkward, serious protagonist
>Lol so random XD wacky sidekick
>The reverse of those, with a wacky protagonist and a serious sidekick
>Cringy, unnatural-sounding dialogue that a preschooler could come up with
>Supposed lore that only attracts millennials who are just starting college
>Making said millennials the show's target audience
>Forced romance that ultimately leads nowhere
>Forced diversity for divrsity's sake
>Ugly character designs, some of which obviously have no effort or imagination put into them
And so on. Pic related seems to show potential, but even it's fallen victim to some of these tropes.
Seriously, I don't understand. What's the appeal of all this? How come no one's gotten sick of seeing this stuff yet?
>>87546708
Kill yourself faggot.
It's called trends.
Every decade or so cartoons have them. It's not a thing that just started to happen this generation. Go take a look at cartoons of every decade and you'll notice a similarity in most of them.
>>87546708
It's just the style right now, OP. These things move in waves, and we're likely not going to see something different until another 5 years.
this episode of American Dad made little dogs look so wonderful. I have to get one now.
>>87546596
Little dogs are genetic abominations and should not exist.
Owning one should be considered animal cruelty in of itself.
>>87546665
But they're soooooo cute. It's like if a cat had personality
Dogs are not toys. They're a commitment.
What is /co/'s opinion on these shows?
Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends: I was and still am obsessed with this show. It always makes me laugh, even though I wasn't a fan of some episodes (I'm looking at you Bendy).
Hi Hi Puffy AmiYumi: The other Cartoon Network show I was obsessed with. I loved the wackiness of the show and I liked the fact that each episode was 7 minutes long.
The Life and Times of Juniper Lee: Never seen it, even though I was already watching the channel by the time it came out.
Camp Lazlo: This was my 3rd favorite Cartoon Network show. I remember eating a lot of marshmallows, because of the episode "Marshmallow Jones". I thought it had a fantastic atmosphere, with the show taking place at camp, as well as a lot of memorable moments. I also used to do poses that Lazlo did in the song "Somebody bet on the robot".
Ben 10: I liked the show back then, but I haven't seen it in years. I remember really liking the concept of the show.
My Gym Partner's a Monkey: I really enjoyed this show. I found it to be really funny and I really liked two particular characters. Those were Windsor the Gorilla and Principal Pixiefrog.
Squirrel Boy: Haven't seen it in years and I wasn't into it at all.
Class of 3000: Same as above.

Foster's Home was an ok show.
Hi Hi is one of those show that can be forgotten.
Juniper never grabbed my attention, I was more into Jackie Chan adventures.
Camp Lazlo was meh at times.
Ben 10 was a superior.
Gym Partner was garbage.
Squirrel Boy was also garbage because the squirrel was such a cunt and only cared is about himself.
Class of 3000 was one of those shows that I also didn't seem to like, because band class was for dorks.
I had seen all those shows in that image except for Juniper Lee. I never once saw it, I didn't even know it existed until I read the Wikipedia article on the list of cartoon network shows.
>>87546396
>Fosters
I remember it being awesome.
>Hi Hi
I remember it exists, and one ending gag.
>Juniper
I remember one of my classmates loving the shit out of it.
>Lazlo
I remember it being bretty gud.
>Ben 10 & Gym Partner
See above.
>The others
Literally, who?
>Young Justice getting a Season 3.
>We will never get a Spectacular Season 3.
>>87546217
>Genndy will never continue Sym-bionic Titan
>Tron Legacy will never get Season 2
Young Justice deserved it though. It's literally the best cape cartoon series ever made. 10/10 art style, complex overarching plots, great character moments, etc.
The only reason JL/JLU gets so much hype is because it featured the a-list. If the YJ guys got to make a cartoon about the Justice League that stuck close to the comics it would be better than anything the old show had done.
Soranik looks different in every issue
RIP Hal
What do you expect from this?

Dick Rider died while Marvel was still salvageable.
I don't believe he has a chance at being good in NuMarvel. They should have just kept him dead.
