You need a rough pilot these days. Find a student at your local university to help you.

It depends on what you're pitching and who you're putching to, but nowadays the standard is to create a pitch bible.

It includes a logline, synopsis, brief character descriptions, a quick rundown of the first episodes (or the whole first season) and plenty of eye-catching art to go along with it.

The reason is that networks aint welling to invest in a show that may or may not be promising. They want something that they can see becoming a hit just by looking at it.

There are lots of guides and advices online on how to prepare one, but I'll you now - its better to collaborate with someone else, ie an artist, cause it takes time to make one.

Plenty of shows HAVE gotten similar treatment.

Thing is most of them are just cheap, forgettable knockoffs of something popular. It hurts to see this show be treated so poorly because it's full of love and care.

Well it's overrated and poorly plotted like Star Wars.

No, it's a series with an interesting enough premise and artwork to match, but has recently been overloaded with characters and competing storylines to delay the inevitable as BKV attempts to prevent another broken ankle ending by not putting all his narrative eggs in one basket.

With that being said, he's going to forget to wrap up a few plot points, and the last few arcs of this series will be mostly marked with unsatisfying clean up work.

Maybe. as much as I hated DW or the troupe, Sarah never really fell into it. When she fucks edds over it's sometimes just hilarious, never really rage inducing. not to mention we know the kankers are a teir over her and we see them completely kick her ass a few times.
