They get their shitty degree in marketing, womens studies, education etc expecting to get paid above 40k a year, find out that either there isnt enought jobs to go around or there is no pay then decide to take hardworking engineers, miners, business owners etc money.

Some of them understand that what they are interested in makes no money or they aren't good at math so they start this socialism fad in high school because they are so fucking scared of competition.

Oldest of 6 here, short answer yes. Dad bought a 3 floor building in Chicago, my childhood was fixing it and maintaining it. Motivated me and helped me understand where money came from, felt like I earned my bedroom when he bought the next house.

In Germany fire wood is a pretty good gig.
A friend had an old Deutz tractor and I had an old Nissan so we teamed up, bought us a big, used trailer and a woodsplitter.
We mostly deliver to old people and offered them to store the wood in the place of their choice.
Therefore we are a little bit pricier, but they enjoy someone doing this for them.
We often get a cup of coffee and a piece of cake or even a meal.

You just need wooded land and a good stihl chainsaw to start. It takes a little but you can easily do it in any spare time.
Otherwise rent some land and look into high intensity farming.
Can be pretty good too.

Affiliate marketing. Social media has made it the easiest shit ever especially with software like hootsuite. I spend a week writing articles and building a site with a premium WP theme and then I just spread it. Each site renders me about 150 a day.
Still living at parents so the cash is entirely liquid atm. Debating moving to Toronto in July and then come winter LA or Miami.
