I just tried selling on ebay this month and it fucked me over because I didn't read all the fucking fines. There is a fine for setting up a listing and a 10% fine on the item you sell. I believe that you can decrease the the 10% fine to 4% if you sign up for subscription.

At the end of the day PayPal and eBay take 20% combined.

Government takes their share as well.

Not worth it.

Honest question, if I bought .1 BTC of every coin, and have good sell points perhaps a trailing stop, will I at least break even on average?
>>
You realize speculation is just hoarding, right? You're causing an artificial shortage in whatever crypto you're hoarding. You think it's going up because everyone else is also hoarding. When you all try to sell though, it will slide. You're just hoping you have the good wits to sell first.

Fucking pump and dump scum.

Its true, i only have $7 on my bank account and no job.

I jsut mostly browse this board to see who lost money by investing in something with no intrinsic value.

I also love when the "stock' decreases by 3 digits and people loose alot of money.

But i also love when when it increases by 2 digits. Because i know someone is going to go out there and order a coffee, and maybe ask out a girl he would have no chase with and it would work great for him. Than they get married and that guy will look back to this board when he is 40+ and remember the hypes he and his meme friends enjoyed.

Sup, /biz/

I'm applying for a bank teller job, and I think there's actually a pretty good chance I'll get it. Four questions:

1) Do tellers work seated? There is no way I can possibly stand up in one place for 8 hours.
2) When the bank is slow and there are no costumers, can I pull out my Kindle (or if that's too conspicuous, a small smartphone) from my suit pocket and read e-books? I'm gonna be bored out of my mind otherwise.
3) Are there any opportunities for advancement beyond going from part-time teller to full-time teller?
4) Can CCW holders bring their firearm to work?

Thanks!

>1) Do tellers work seated? There is no way I can possibly stand up in one place for 8 hours.
Not often, but it depends on the branch. What does your bank look like? Do the tellers have stools to sit on? Mine don't. And why can't your stand for 8 hrs? Are you just a fat fuck?

>2) When the bank is slow and there are no costumers, can I pull out my Kindle (or if that's too conspicuous, a small smartphone) from my suit pocket and read e-books? I'm gonna be bored out of my mind otherwise.
I highly doubt it, but it all depends on your manager. They'll give you some stupid busy work if it's slow.

>3) Are there any opportunities for advancement beyond going from part-time teller to full-time teller?
I've seen it happen before, where tellers end up becoming regional operations supervisers. It all depends on the culture of the bank.

>4) Can CCW holders bring their firearm to work?
I doubt it.

Not sure where else to ask:

So I'm claiming insurance on a package that was completely fucking destroyed. They dropped it in the mud, shattered all the equipment inside, and then resisted my claim for three months.

The mailing company is trying to jew me out of the full insurance claim (3000$) by demanding proof of payment (I payed 2500$). They told me a screenshot of paypal was acceptable. I was just going to save the page, open the javascript, and edit the values to match the full amount of the insurance claim.

Now I realize there is a unique transaction ID for every transaction. Are they able to request validation from PayPal? Or should I defraud them? Is what I'm doing essentially felony-tier fraud?

u cant make money mining bitcoin anymore
>>
>>1880171
>get $200mil
>contract devs from hardware development companies to make custom miner
>design (or hire someone to design) mining facility for maximum cost efficiency and cooling
>hire manufacturing company to mass produce tour custom miner
>hire a few trusted individuals and set up the facility
>accumulate coins for years and sell just enough to cover bill costs at highest price possible
>wait 5-10 years and make deals with bitcoin firms for liquidity, invest, or pump and dump various assets
>???
>profit

See >>1880194
You can, although this is an extreme example it takes at least $2-8mil to actually make profit with bitcoin mining, an you have to do some real jewy and risky shit to profit still. I've done the math many times over, if you're a very lucky person, and have the drive to chase a pipe dream, a small loan of a million dollars will start you off mining any crypto.

In any case you have to dedicate your every human resource to it to earn real money, as with any business

Help me think clearly about this, /biz/. I'm running a small business that I want to expand. It's my plan to spend my life building and running companies. I currently have a bachelors in accounting from an meh-tier-university. I'm afraid that as I try to expand, win trade-partners, raise capital etc. people aren't going to take me seriously because of my degree.
If I could get accepted into a masters education at a more prestigious university, is there any purpose in spending another 2 years in school?

>>
>>1880146
Is this true? Who cares about your degree when you're running your business successfully?
>>
Well, supply and demand. You need to A: be constantly checking your competitors prices to be positive you're charging your customers and paying your employees the right amount so you don't loose them. then you need to assess your budget, and use what's left over to sustain your current companies well being. i.e. building maintenance, insurance, (employee insurance?) technology etc. then with THAT money you need to save till you have enough for another start up, but not before you've paid all debts owed from your first one... I think there are like, board of director type people you can hire if this is sole proprietorship but be careful wear you tread in how you get people to run it. You need very specific guidelines or that can go under really quick. or you know, just be an accountant.... That's my take.
>>
>>1880165
Look at all successful businessleaders. Take a look at any board of directors in any great company you can think of. They are all one of 2 types: They either have a science degree in a field that connects to the company or they have a finance/econ-degree from something like LSE, CBS or Bocconi. Just reading their title automatically gives you a sense of business expertise. What the fuck would it look like if a board member of PepsiCo or HP Inc had a shitty degree?

"In the unlikely case of a blockchain split, we are not terribly concerned what exchanges decide to list the two tickers as in terms of name, however we strongly advise that exchanges observe Nakamoto Consensus: the chain with most proof-of-work IS the bitcoin currency unit (currently known as BTC or XBT). We are encouraged that exchanges are well prepared for the event of a blockchain split and that this will result in THE MARKET DECIDING WHICH BITCOIN WILL BE THE MOST useful and thus VALUABLE in the long term." - Bitcoin Unlimited team

tl/dr The basic gestalt is standby with fiat (sell if need to now) expect a big dip across the crytpo world like when etf rejection news broke then buy in at the price you think is the bottom and ride a rocket whether in bitcoin or ether.

>>
Also consider:

It’s possible that the hard fork reality is already being priced in, but the full ramifications of two different Bitcoins won’t be known until after the hard fork occurs. Uncertainty generally creates bearish price action, and uncertainty regarding the underlying principles of the Bitcoin protocol certainly has many traders and investors concerned.

>>
>>1880053 I'm thinking FIRE SALE!
I expect a similar if not worse market reaction than what occurred after the etf rejection news. Yet bitcoin dies hard so we should see a quick rebound or the flippening if this is the last straw for bitcoiners who needed a reason to migrate to ethereum.

ITT: We discuss anything related to Tai Lopez' economic status. Anything related to the 67 steps, how he got rich etc.

I'll start by asking a simple question: Why should I/Should I not buy into the 67 steps program?
30 posts and 1 images submitted.
>>
>>1880014
Is he, dare I say it, our guy?
>>
you should NOT buy in to it BECAUSE that's how he got rich.... whats easier than making money off of people who have low self esteem by telling them how to better themselves?
answer: nothing. nothing is easier than that
>>
>>1880027
So you are basicly saying that I should not buy in to it because he made money from people like me buying into it and not from doing what he tells people like me to do.

Basicly implying that he is knowingly avoiding to tell people who take his program how he got rich because that makes him richer and instead tell them something else?

Does this mean I should consider doing the same?
