ITT: Every iconic theme in WWF/E (and WCW technically since WWF/E owns them now) is almost instantly recognizable and generally gets a huge pop or heat when they play on the titantron. BUT some songs have that iconic first 1-2 seconds that gets people popping before the first proper note can hit. From 5 to 1 here are my top 5.
Honourable Mentions: That first note in Brets Music, the women moaning in Shawn Michaels Song, Foley's car crash,

1. Austins Glass Shattering.
I'm sure others on this board would have something else they instantly pop for and I ask you to tell me. Its just these five, especially Undertaker and Austin for me I see such an immediate reaction from the audience if the theme is a surprise.

That's because it goes straight into the song without a noticeable sound. Sure, Cena's does too but I'd say that song immediately generates a reaction based on how famous it has become in the industry especially those horns.

To make it short. I'm taking boxing class again (Mix of Kicknoxing and Mhuay Thay).
I'll have two training session per week. I still want to lift tough even if I won't have much time.
Any idea on the kind of routine I should follow to still get gainz ?
Here's the routine I followed all this previous year. It's a 3 days routine but I doubt that I'll be able to train 5 times during the week (student following day and night classes). But if I have, I will.

Bench Press 5x5 80-90%
Squat 5x5 at 80%
Snatch Deadlift 3x5 75%
Cable Crossovers 3x8-12
Low Cable Flys 3x8-12
B Light Volume day
