Damage an opponents arms? I think taking their legs is so much better and easier to do since you have a huge target. I like positioning my right foot in front left in back like a boxer that way I have my left leg cocked for kicking and a steady balance. Plus it baits out the single leg.

The only one protecting the business is Undertaker, Brock Lesnar and Dean Ambrose.
John Cena, Roman Reigns, Sheamus, HHH, Stephanie, Big E, Vince, Jericho and Randy Orton only have social media as a marketing/exposure tool. These people can do without it if they had a choice.
The worst offenders are Seth Rollins, Xavier Woods, Rusev and Kevin Owens.
