Remember the "CM Punk leaving the company with the title" angle from 2011?
How it was so great but then he came back far too early and kevin nash poured cold water on the entire feud?
Looking back how would you have rebooked it, /asp/?
>>2388903
I would have
> taken a shower
> hit the weights
> gotten a clue
>>2388903
They shouldve had punk leave for literally an entire year and then come back with a stable like the nwo desu
>>2388903
Was this guy an attempt to attract more female fans? Did it work? Why was he never champion?
Back in that era almost everyone was over. You had to be really special to hold the big prize.
Consistent as fuck. Amazing build. Probably needed some tweaks to make him less of a charicature though.
>>2388834
>did it work?
Depending on who you ask, Rock and Stone Cold had younger women and middle-aged women respectively lusting after them so I wouldn't be surprised if Val got a few pussies wet legit
As for why he was put on the roster to begin with, I think Vince just wanted to see how many sex jokes he could get away with
Also he had a VERY short main event run I think
Why do I love this little web series?
I kind of wish this was a one-hour weekly show on the WWE Network.

SRW is pretty much a painful reminder as to what real effort can be made by the talent to write something ingenious rather than the writers, while ironically trying to make satire of the business they're held back in.
When you watch these episodes, which I personally enjoyed more than everything probably since Goldberg's return, you can pinpoint the genuine and custom scripting that comes from the people that have gone and been through professional wrestling's best and worst, and not from writers that worked for drama or sitcom series on television. It isn't for everybody, and I can see that there's a decent population of /asp/ that doesn't like SRW, but I don't think a single one of them genuinely believes this is worse than the average episode of Raw. It's short, sweet, and was created by people that actually know what makes wrestling wrestling, even if it is satire.
I truly hope Triple H will let more guys write for themselves (with guidance of course) when he takes over. SRW is gold, and not just because of KFC.
>mfw we may never get any more of this
Because its the epitome of what pro-wrestling is all about. Is a glimpse of what WWE can be but will never be.
>>2389079
This mostly. Too much paper holding back the company. Same shit happened to the movie and game industry.
Nakamura has filled his niche role of Le spastic hand signals man.
>>2388454
>that gook ever having 99.9% of the audience behind him at any time
Extremely Valid
>LU is wrestling 2.0. Better, more accessible and now easily available to a massive market on demand. WWE is decades behind.

Here's your (you) you worked so hard on
Wrong, its ultimate surrender
The people that say this are cringey as all hell but it is actually pretty good in a gimmicky way.

It's a weave, you idiot. Most of the female black wrestlers in WWE have a weave.
Admit it, he is the greatest sports entertainer of the last quarter-century.
That's just not true and I like Roman.
>>2388152
That's true and I don't like Roman

The Young Cucks
So much cringe in one pic
I was working maintenance at my city's local arena when WWE came for a house show. Halfway through the night I got a call from my supervisor alerting me that one of the wrestlers was demanding help with a damaged vending machine.
I headed over and saw Seth Rollins with his arm halfway up one of the machines. Roman and Dean were there, with Roman shaking his head disapprovingly while Dean laughed.
Seth looked over and demanded I repair the "broken" machine. I asked what was wrong with the machine, and he said that the M&Ms he pushed for were stuck on the end of the spring. I looked at the screen as saw that it was, in fact, stuck on the end of the spring. Seth began banging the screen and shaking the machine, almost succeeding in toppling it over onto himself if not for Roman running over to help push it back.
I told Seth to cut it out before he got hurt and he said "You do not tell a World Heavyweight Champion what to do." I asked him why he didn't just put another $1.50 in the machine to push the M&Ms out, probably getting a second package of them as well. He said "I'm not paying double what I need for your scam machine to feed me. Do you fucking job and fix it."
Seth withdrew his hand from the vending machine as I got ready to open it up. But before I could, some black kid wearing a Shield shirt who looked like he couldn't be older than 10 walked over and asked if he could get a snack from the machine real quick. I said sure, which caused Seth to grumble and throw a fit. He swore in front of the kid saying that I should "just do your fucking job". The kid seemed pretty upset to see one of his favorite superstars acting like an asshole. Roman and Dean smiled at him and he asked if he could get their autographs after, which they said yes to.
>>2388116
The black kid then used the vending machine to get some M&Ms. The loose packet plus another came down, which he picked up smiling as he said "Woah, it's my lucky day!" Seth was absolutely seething at this point.
I was about to suggest that the black kid should give one of the M&Ms over to Seth, since he's clearly been having a stressful day, but I was too slow. As the kid turned around to get autographs from Roman and Dean, Seth reached over and pushed him onto the concrete floor. He then ran over, leaped into the air, and came crashing down onto the kid's head with a Curb Stomp.
He let out that annoying as hell laugh as he screamed "AMERICAN HISTORY X, BITCH". I was staring in horror as Seth walked over to a stunned Roman and Dean, raising both hands up as if expecting a double high-five. "Come on guys, it was a good one, right?"
Dean smacked Seth across the head saying "Are you fucking mental?!" while Roman tended to the kid and tried to get him medical attention. There was a lot of blood on the concrete afterwards and we had to get a janitor to mop it up.
After Vince caught word of what had happened, the Curb Stomp was never used by Seth Rollins again.
Fuck Sef.
>>2388116
Wow, sick copypasta dude! ;)
Is he the only guy in the WWE that has not fucked one of the divas?
>>2388044
>CM Punk
Well Ryback got fucked by a diva
>>2388044
Darren Young I guess
>>2388181
>implying he didnt have to give steph the BBC to stay on the roster
GOAT
They should hire some old guy to be announcer, young dudes and women doesn't do it for me
>>2387970
Current SD guy is okay. T Chim was the last of a dying breed. I like how they still have him announce Edge whenever he pops in.
Lillian 2.0 on RAM is trash.
>>2387998
Jojo gets by on ass alone(women have it so hard). I also miss Tony.
