I'm not too sure about this but I think there are websites that catalogue collectable figurines. If these figures are licensed by Square they should be easy to find on one of those.

I cant tell whats the scale of those figures based on the given pic. However the paint job looks really bad.

For the first expression,(2^n)-1/2^(n+1), It is just (1/2) * 2^(n-1)/(2^n). 2*(2^n) = 2^(n+1).
The second expression is just 1/2 in a form that you can use. Once again, 2*(2^n) = 2^(n+1) so 1/2 of 2^(n+1) is just 2^n.

If you have photoshop, you should be able to just resize it, leaving out any blur that you would get from any free program online. I'd prefer one copy untouched.

I'm literally creating propaganda for a progressive/hipster city with a tightknit community. aka, butterfly effect; everyone wants to be happy and we're kind of a collective. One person puts in an hour (set's an example) becomes two people, next thing you know, it's 'the new hip thing to do' and everyone is doing it. (bettering their community)

When you first install Windows it writes data to some locations that it does not want you to move. Stuff like the pagefile and hibernation file. Disk defragmentation won't move them.

When you try to shrink C: it will stop when it reaches one of these files. In the pic attached, they are the brown Excluded blocks.

The only way to overcome this is with a fresh Windows installation - during setup you create a partition for Windows and restrict the size. Windows will create its Excluded files inside that partition and later you can either leave the partition alone or make the partition larger.
