I don't really understand why Sonic was ever considered a good game??? No offense but there are random spikes and enemies that are placed in locations out of your view that are specifically designed to kill you when you go too fast. And if you do the levels too slow there is no challenge? So what is the point? It's either no challenge or high amounts of unfair challenge.

I regret defending this game over the past few months. I always thought people were shitposting but they were actually correct. Everything about this game, is inferior to Tag2 and almost every other fighting game out there.
>Rage arts make the end of every round become a turtlefest, cos they have such stupid properties
>Rage drives are completely useless for some characters, while other characters get borderline broken ones
>Wall damage is too high
>Hurtboxes are somehow even worse than a game that was made 5yrs ago. I swear 90% of the roster are able to go under mids in some way now

>Bears getting 2 slots
>Shitty vampire character that's just a rip-off of akuma
>Garbage new characters that don't have any depth. Just don't stop pressing buttons as Josie, spam 4 with Kat, spam hopkick with claudio and shaheen.

>Can't leave lobbies during a match. You have to close the game and load it up again
>Retarded changes to characters. E.g. Paul deathfist has more pushback and higher damage, Ling's AoP has even better crush properties, Hwoarang getting a power crush out of flamingo.
The game rewards playing dirty and punishes you for trying to play it properly. Why should I learn to play complex characters, like Steve, Nina, Mishimas etc, when I can just:
>Pick Paul. Do 60dmg in 1 hit
>Pick Ling. Go under 80% of the moves in the game
>Pick Claudio. Spam a hopkick that goes under mids and isn't even launch punishable.
Honestly, this game is fucking trash. I don't know why I fell for the hype. I can't wait to drop this shit for DB FighterZ.
And I aint just some random shitter too. I know how to play this game. I'll even post my character ranks.

If you go Warrior, Reaver is the most fun specialization. The other two are boring as shit. Don't bother rolling a Qunari as their animations are bugged as shit and none of the weapons are scaled to their size. You also look like shit in 100% of the outfits you wear. Don't roll male elf unless you enjoy looking like an anorexic 12 year old.
Get out of the Hinterlands as fast as possible or else the boredom will set in and you'll never want to finish the game. Most of the sidequests are pointless busy work. If you want to get the most enjoyment out of the game, ignore them and focus on the main story.
