It's good. Get some graphics mods and mods that improve the combat. Got it on console so not sure which mods specifically. These are the main issues, though.

I've heard there are some good quest mods, too.

If you're into survival there's a mod for that.

Not really. The BW engine is objectively shit and nothing good would have come out of it. It's not like open sourcing ID Tech engines that are actually open sourced when they're relevant.
