I was sitting in front of my computer (well, squatting, as the bog pill is a suppository).

Immediately after taking it I felt a great calm. I realized everything was going to be all right. I went to bed early that night, at one AM, and slept peacefully. My insomnia was cured.

Over the next few weeks I began to realize I had an appetite. I actually started eating more than one meal a day. So far I've gotten my weight up to 125 lbs. Combined with my sudden urge to exercise regularly, I'm looking quite lean, and continuing to put on more muscle.

I've also been noticing I've had more confidence in public. Just today I went to a car lot and had the balls to ask to test drive. I had to sit next to the owner (a female) and I was able to do it without spilling any spaghetti or feeling anxious.

tl;dr the bog pill cured my depression.
