OK so what's the scoop these days with Windows 10 and anti-virus. What program or combo of programs to prevent viruses? FREE ONLY.
If it were entirely up to me I would suggest CentOS or Ubuntu... but as it stands... stuck with Win10.....

It's really easy for a government agency to do in theory, in practice it relies on having trust worthy human capital. Which they apparently lack, and have always lacked. Reality is, spies gonna spy, and nation states will always be trying to steal from each other. All it takes is one disgruntled, or self-righteous, or greedy fuck somewhere in your organization and its all she wrote.
