Would it be possible to kill or seriously harm someone who lived in a 'smart' home by compromising most or all of its IoT/connected devices?
I started thinking about this after reading for the nth time how buggy or poorly secured some of these things can be. So far the only scenario I can imagine where this might happen is if the victim in question is very frail or disabled.

>turn that shit to -45 Celsius

Just when are those fucking freetards gonna stop shilling their meme software? Is it still not clear? We don't fucking care about botnets and NSA because we are NORMAL LAW-ABIDING CITIZENS.I use windows 10 and I will keep using it because it just works and I don't give a shit about telemetry data being sold to advertisers. I'm using adblock plus so how the fuck are those ads gonna reach me huh? Oh wait they can't. So I'm just using the best OS for free. Same for google, their software gives me anything I will ever need for free in return for my data that has NOTHING ILLEGAL IN IT. sure, they have power over me blah blah but google is the fucking biggest company in the world so they are TRUSTWORTHY. Actual prison reaches insane losers 1ike you who watch kiddy porn every day and that's FINE. YOU DESERVE IT. Stop being autistic and just use windows, google and facebook like normal people and if you don't want to at least shut the fuck up about it.
ITT: post comfy pics of superior software dumb freetards will never enjoy
Woops I actually have friends lol
>>59686780
It start with law about selling data to add provider then another law pass making add blockers illegal using the same dumb reasoning as piracy and stealing potential income, you should imagine what will happen after than.

law abiding citizen: Win10 updated and now my wifi is missing can you fix it for me.
freetard: put it in the pile and I'll try to get it back to you by the end of the day.

I thought it would be different from 3D TV, but I guess I was wrong.
>requires an entire cleared room for space
>requires a top of the line GPU, and even then it won't be able to keep up
>requires a bunch of extra peripherals on top of the expensive GPU

I am using a old Galaxy S3 GT-i9300 (so not the 2GB version or the Neo GT-i9300i version) and I thought I might ask what do you recommend me to do with it.
>throw away and get new phone is not an option and will be discarded
>>59686171
....continue using it? What is your question anyway?
I've been happily using my S3 until a few months ago, when it started randomly rebooting no matter what ROM I was running.
>>59686249
My question was meant to ask if there is anything I should do to it (like custom ROM,etc.).
It works fine for now but the camera will throw Unknown camera error (or something along the lines) most of the time.
By the way,do you know how can I revive a S3 motherboard? It will boot only to the S3 "GT-i9300" logo and sit there. Entering CWM (since that's how I got it) will result in nothing being mountable and ODIN straight out errors after NAND Write Start.

exact same thing happened to me then it died forever??

Why are the normies tripping over themselves to worship this guy?
It's like they need an idol to worship. So for the 'tech' sector they latched onto the 'smartest revolutionary nerd guy' they could find. That was steve jobs but he died so they jumped on the next one.
Was he always that fat?

I was looking through some old shit and I found, what i can only assume to be an electric motor of sorts. the only problem is that I wasn't able to figure out how to wire it or what the fuck to do with it. So I left it sitting for a while. Any helpful input is appreciated .

Probably not good considering that instead of a speedtest image you post a screenshot showing your link speed which is just the maximum speed supported.

Pleb. Even my virtual machines have better speed than that. I dont pay a cent for my LAN speed and there is nothing limiting my traffic use in LAN. Must suck that you have to literally pay 3 euros to someone so you can achieve gigabit LAN speed. Bet you pay for internet too.
What board do you think should be combined with /g/?
I personally think /v/
/a/ and /y/
/g/ and /n/ make so much sense. /n/ could become a /bike/ and /train/ generals on /g/.
Should combine /fa/ and /g/ for keks
I installed HaikuOS on my old dell latitude d500 and i have to say it is quite a good experience
The only problem i had was with the wifi drivers because intel uses shitty proprietary blobs. But the OS comes with a utility that allows you to install them.
Or is quite stable(though not as much as BSD and linux) ,lightweight (running on 378mb ram) and the idea behind the package manager is awesome.
CLI programs from linux are mostly ported over so i have anything i need.
The only thing i hate is the fact that it has no office programs with the exeption of abiword. And that there still is no 3D hardware acceleration.
