That said, if you have signed a contract with your new employer, you may be entitled to go after them (a contract is between 2 parties, so they have to hold up their end) unless they have it in the contract that they can cancel before commencement.

It really depends on the person, I can see a lot of people buying a smart watch then never using it for anything but telling time

if you are going to use it as a sometimes phone replacement and to get data and monitor your heartrate it's pretty cool
