I went to one for the first time on the NJ Turnpike a few months ago. The hamburger was shit but the roast beef was definitely a cut above Arby's. I'd be curious to try their fried chicken, which I guess is the other thing that they're known for.

They work extremely well.

Yes, the bags are more costly than standard ziploc bags but I find that is easily offset by the fact that your leftovers will keep longer.

If you want the same benefit but with less expense then forget bags altogether and just use cling wrap. Wrap many layers very tightly.
