For some reason when I read your comment I can hear really intense distorted drum and bass.

Here's how I do it:

- Charge your cast iron pan on your highest burner at the highest setting for like 10-15 minutes
- When you're ready to cook the steak, take the pan completely off the heat
- Add the steak and sear the first side. There will be plenty of residual heat to get a really good crust.
- Flip, let it brown for approximately half the time you did on the first side
- Add butter. The pan will still have enough heat to melt and brown the butter but won't be hot enough to scorch it. It also helps if you tilt the pan so all the butter runs down into a pool. Less surface area for the butter means less chance of it burning.
- Baste the steak until you reach your desired temp
- Rest and eat

You're going to obviously get shit for starting a cock sauce thread, but I actually fucking love buffalo sauce (frank's and butter...), and almost always get a ramekin when I go out and get fries, and then end up taking some home and putting it on almost anything.

¾ of a vermicelli container

3 eggs beaten with 2 shakes of curry powder and some pepper cook first with some oil

½ cup red bell pepper
½ cup onion sliced

4 tbsp olive oil
1 to 2 tbsp of chili sauce
1 tbsp curry powder
1tsp garlic powder
1tsp turmeric
1tsp ginger
2tbsp soy sauce

cook eggs first and reserve
put oil mixture in hot pan and stirfy veg
add vermicelli and mix
add eggs

I'm taking for granted that your buying from a decent grocer. If you're buying 99 cent a pound ground beef from a sketchy bodega, maybe go well done with it.

It generally takes weeks (sometimes more than a month) to get from abbatoir to supermarket and with ground there's the potential of bacteria from fecal contamination mixed in and multiplying during that time.

I'm from the South and this is fucking repulsive. We don't even eat spaghetti as a whole, it'd be like a Sicilian eating dim sum for dinner.
I put a touch of sugar, along with garlic salt, basil and oregano into a small can of tomato sauce for pasta if i'm feeling lazy and there's no girlfriend to feed and impress.

Salt heavily before cooking. Little bit of butter on top after it's done. No sauce.
