I've just came across a dollar store deal of XPW TV first season. Never heard of the organization and it just seemed way out there.
More I watched and read a bit, this shit was crazy;
>Owner ran this as a side business from his porn career (and family legacy, evidently)
>Uses his wife and legit porn actresses to star in softcore acts in ring. The first episode ends with a 10 backstory on owner's wife character with jazz soundtrack and carwash montages
>Most brutal hardcore match content I've ever seen
>Got in a parking lot brawl with ECW guys when they came out for some California (xpw turf) in a drunken brawl.
Was this par for the course during the "Outlaw" days of 98-05ish?
