When I was a kid, if I closed my eyes very tight in bright light, I could see a shape forming similar to what you've depicted, but it started from a central point and then grew, almost like a fuse or an incendiary.

To add to this, the act is rather easy.
You can train your to halfway swallow things and keep them hidden past the view of others in your throat around where you Adam's Apple is. It has to do with how karmic conditions are constantly flowering and coming to fruition, and it is not possible to see them in their maturation phase; we only notice them when they are ripe. So, you have been being more social for a few weeks, talk to a few girls, then suddenly you bang 6 girls in a row; it's not that there was a synchronicity magically happening out of the blue, it was that the underlying karmic conditions (cause and effect) suddenly came into play in a visible way. Oftentimes the circumstances have more subtlety, and so it is even more hard to decipher how things have suddenly reached a higher state of causal development.
