Need a higher resolution of this painting, not exacly sure about the name, its either "rieur" or "Le marchand de marionnettes by Goya"
try using waifu2x
>>273968
Le Rieur isn't from Goya. Nobody knows who is the artist.

Oh, sorry... Something wrong happened with the size of the image. Here we go.
Can somebody help me to bypass these surveys? It is so fucking annoying...
>>273942
Usually downloads from those sites tend to be fake, also why is in some chimp language?
>>273943
I'm from a chimp country...
Brazil to be specific
>>273944
post the link to the file you are trying to get.
I usually bypass things like that using ublock origin. I remove each element to get to the download screen.
Most times the files are fake or require some password.
I need a history topic that I can talk about for 5-8 minutes in class
Any ideas?
Important events, people, etc.
I like to make my presentations funny, so suggest something that isn't dark, like the Holocaust, please.
>>273922
which country, us? also try at /his/
>>273927
My country? Or the subject I'm going to talk about?
I don't really care where the event/person originated. As long as its interesting
I'll check out /his/ soon
sherman's march to the sea?
Can somebody explain me what does 'in situ' mean in this passage?
>4MHz continuous wave Doppler ultrasound (Ispta < 250mW/cm2 at 5 mm in situ)
It is from a manual of a medical device for heart monitoring. Ispta means 'Spatial-peak temporal average intensity'. More context: that Doppler probe is placed in the oesophagus.
>>273919
I assume it means "when the probe is placed in an oesophagus".
>>273921
Yeah, but what those 5 mm mean? 5 mm deep?
>>273929
That would be "5mm away from the probe", surely?
Inverse square law and all.
Is their a webm version of this?
>>273911
You can always create one.
>>273914
I've tried to learn to make webms on a mac plenty of times in the past and have never succeed. Cant tell you why because I can't remember but I'm sure it has to do with me being retarded. Too retarded even for 'webm for retards'
and this is old so I feel like a webm is sure to already exist.
>>273917
Keep trying.
Does anyone know what this art style is called? I need to know for a project but I am having a bitch of a time finding out what it's called.
It's often found in older pc games. I would almost want to say pixel art but it is a very different style to sprite grapics which is what comes up when I google that. I get a very film grain or a very Ben-Day dot vibe from it but that's a no go either.
I'll post a few so you can get an idea. Thanks in advance.

I need some help with my Linux machine, I've written this script to connect my bluetooth keyboard at boot.
It seemed to work perfectly, until I tried to shut down my machine.
Before shutting down, it halts for exactly 5 minutes saying "a stop job is running for LSB Enable keyboard at boot".
As I'm not a Linux pro, I have no idea why this is happening. Could someone tell me how to fix this, or at least point me in the right direction?
/wrs/ pls
>>273814
Your script needs to respond to start and stop events, or it will try to start a second time when init is telling it to stop.
>>273842
I really have no idea how to do that, is it as simple as executing a script like this before shutdown?
I've placed the file in /etc/init.d/ and symlinked it to /etc/rc0.d/

Could please someone solve and explain step-by-step? Having an exam soon and would like to understand... Thanks in advance!!
>>273755
Well it looks like a step-by-step solution is already in your image...
I can go more in depth I guess.
Line one in that image's solution:
Sides AD and DC are equal, as you can see from the circle. So this is an isoceles triangle, and angles CAD and ACD must be equal as well.
You know the 3 angles inside the triangle must add to 180. So CAD + ACD + 98 = 180, meaning both angles are 41 degrees.
Line two:
Because ABCD is a trapezoid, you know BAD + ADC = 180 (and ABC + BCD = 180).
Since you already know ADC = 98, you can find that BAD = 82 degrees.
Line three:
Since BAD = 82 degrees and CAD = 41 degrees, you know BAC = 82-41 = 41.
Line four.
Lines AB and AC are equal, so angles ABC and ACB are equal as well. You already know angle BAC, so you can solve to find beta = ABC = 69.5
>>273762
Thank you so much for your reply. I get it now to the most part thanks to your easy understandable explanation.
But one question still raises:
To find out BAD the solution says 180°-98°. But when I image a triangle BAD then I see that not the whole angle of D (delta) is in that triangle. So why taking 98°, the full angle of D? And why not substracting the angle of C (41°).
I hope you understood what I mean, Im not native... Thanks in advance :D

done
I'm looking for someone who can illustrate this "game" it's like a little box with a man in it and it procedurally generates stuff.
not a lot of work
hit me up [email protected]

>>273747
I dont understand what you are going for game wise. However you gave me the idea for some interactive art.
>>273747
I forgot to mention your game would really look great if you could make it look like a claymation.
>>273768
the game plays itself it's supposed to sit on a CRT TV screen and make Shakespeare
Does anyone know where I can find the cartoon Vicky the Viking to download? Any language, even japanese.
>>273745
Its on Amazon video
https://www.amazon.com/Vicky-the-Viking-Season-I/dp/B00L4Z07Y4
Even finding a non German DVD seems really tough to find. Seems if you find torrent files of this cartoon its most likely going to be the original German version. You would want to search this by its German name and hope you find one with English subs.
