Hey /wsr/,
So I wanted to upgrade the ram on my shitty HP Omen laptop (15-ax020nf). It came with 6gb of ram in a 4gb + 2gb configuration, both ddr4 at 2133mhz. So I went out and bought pic related, a ddr4 2133mhz 8gb stick, with the intention to run it in single channel. However it didn't work, the laptop won't boot and a flashing light appears on the caps lock key. I tried it in both ports, and also tried coupling it with both the 4gb and 2gb sticks. Nothing worked. What do?

Could be that you received a dead ram stick, its rare but it happens. Since its DDR4 and same speed the ram should have worked. Your laptop should still turn on with your old ram.
Return the ram and get a new one.

Trying to make a icon for myself while keeping it 150x150 pixels.
I'm looking for ideas on what I could put in all the white space around the little guy. I would go for another soild color but I feel it's too bland.

It's a vine with a guy doing cool tricks with a switchblade while Paul McCartney's "Live and Let Die" plays in the background. But right after Paul says "live and let die," the guy fucks up and smashed his finger between the blade and the handle. Would be nice if anyone could post a WEBM of that meme. hello, i have a restoration usb, but it keeps gpoing to this, even if i plug the usb in. if i press enter, it goes back to this screen, but with the same or another file. i didnt delete system 32, but for some reason, this happens. any ideas how to fix?

They look gross, my advice is look for ideas online and just try to mimic the styles. By having a cracked copy of Photoshop doesn't make you a graphic designer.
