What are some of the best PC games from the last 10 years or so? I haven't exactly stayed up to speed, and I'm looking to pick up some games in the Steam sale, but I don't know where to start.

I just downloaded factorio on my mac laptop, it shows an error or an unidentified publisher, I can't factory reset my computer and I don't the admin password
if you have any idea on how to bypass this, please help

You're opening an applicaton that is restricted for security purposes, you are not admin currently so you need to become admin to change this critical option.
No admin password, tough shit, that's exactly why it's there.
You could either
-Format and reinstall, and this time remember the damn admin password
-get a real laptop and put on a system that doesn't patronize you. Though I would like to add that remebering the damn admin password even then would still be a requirement, you'll e.g. need sudo on a linux system quite a few times.

First off, yes I know that I'm using a shit tier browser, the only thing keeping me from leaving is the fact that no other browsers have the "restore previous session" button, if a good browser has this please tell me.
So Firebitch has been lagging real fucking hard but google chrome is just peachy, I've done everything (I don't have a lastpass) except clear the cache or cookies. Give me a way to fix this.

Slimjet is a Chrome flavor that has restore previous session, and Midori (a minimal webkit browser) has the ability to do that when opening the browser.
Normal Chrome can do it too, but it doesn't have a dedicated button.

If the load is constant, the GPU load should be constantly close to max as well.
Pic related, load while doing 3dmark firestrike extreme. Notice how the load is constant for a while, then dropping instantly while the next scene is loading, then constantly full again.
What is your max load? Might be some throttling issue.

Heres what it looked like after running occt for a bit. Even when the card is idle, I will see the gpu spike to various % of load for a sec and drop down.

I am looking for a way to completely black out a window without acrylic paint or curtains.
I Have 4 mylar blankets that I can try to do it with, but I am wondering if there is another option that is less diy more I buy it.
My issue with a shade is they let in light from the edges, and I don't sleep well when the light comes in, sadly I also keep weird hours due to disabilities.

Then use some black window film.
It glues straight to the glass, and it's impossible to fuck glass up.
I recently removed some after filming my window with it years ago (working the breakfast shift so I needed to get to sleep at 18:00), and the glass was perfectly fine.
Didn't even leave any adhesive behind, but if it had, label remover would have dissolved it without harming the window.
Take your time applying it, use the soapy water technique, and don't use anything metal when peeling it off, and no-one will ever know it was there.

so i got the emulator to work and during scenes it runs 60 fps or better but in menus it drops to 30 to 35 fps and in gameplay it drops to 15 to 25 fps what do? how do i fix this?

I am looking for torrents with massive movie collections, ideally more than 50 at the least, preferably in high quality. I am going to be in a place without internet in 2 days and I really don't have the time to just download each movie I want to see individually. If there is a Criterion Pack like this, that would be amazing actually. Honestly though, any torrent is welcomed, I've seen them in the past, the big ones boasting like 1000 films of all genres, etc.

I got some money from graduation from uni and from my job, not much but its something. I want a comp that can run stuff at 60 fps, but I have no clue what parts to get. That includes stuff like mouse, keyboard and monitor. I have no clue, as all comps I have had have been hand me downs, and my parents treat computers like the fucking plauge.
