Is this normal behavior for a gpu under load? Trying to determine if my mobo is fucked after having to rma the replacement for a failed gpu.

If the load is constant, the GPU load should be constantly close to max as well.
Pic related, load while doing 3dmark firestrike extreme. Notice how the load is constant for a while, then dropping instantly while the next scene is loading, then constantly full again.
What is your max load? Might be some throttling issue.

Also you can clearly see clocks and all loads doing the same thing, while on your graph the loads and power draw are kinda fucked up.

Heres what it looked like after running occt for a bit. Even when the card is idle, I will see the gpu spike to various % of load for a sec and drop down.
Temps are very moderate in pics.
What else are you seeing out of ordinary? Any real lagging there shouldn't be?
Have you dusted your hardware when?

I haven't noticed any unusual lag. Everything is running well as far as I can tell considering I just installed this card. Case is perfectly clean inside.

That looks much better. Loads and clocks always going up together, and going down together. Sometimes having 95% instead of 100% is normal. Usually means your CPU is not sullplying data fast enough for 100% efficiency, because it is too slow, or doing something else like OCCT.
I don't see any issues here, only your first pic was a bit weird.

Thanks for all the replies! Im running on a stock i5 3570k so it might be bottlenecked a bit. One thing Im still concerned about is the random jumps in gpu load I see when I have nothing open.
