You're opening an applicaton that is restricted for security purposes, you are not admin currently so you need to become admin to change this critical option.
No admin password, tough shit, that's exactly why it's there.

You could either

-Format and reinstall, and this time remember the damn admin password

-get a real laptop and put on a system that doesn't patronize you. Though I would like to add that remebering the damn admin password even then would still be a requirement, you'll e.g. need sudo on a linux system quite a few times.
