Niggas, it being Pikachu's evolution alone makes Raichu very popular and overrated. It was never being butt-fucked in the ass by Pikachu and Game Freak at all. And it has many anime appearances and lots of merchandise as well. So it now having an Alola Form does not make it any more special than it already was.
Now, underrated Pokemon such as Qwilfish and Stantler; Pokemon like those deserve more attention and love from Game Freak and whoever.
