It glides, and is able to maintain its altitude that way, as shown in its idle animation in both Gen V and VI unless you're one of those dunces who doesn't realize the menus don't show the full battle idle animations in Gen VI. Can't learn Fly because it doesn't have the capability to quickly increase its altitude heavily, or do so while carrying others.

Using already existing casings is cheaper, especially when you're putting out two versions of the same game. I think the closest they came to making custom cases again was with HG/SS, since they needed a window in the cartridge for the IR blaster to communicate with the Pokéwalker.

Now, you might be asking yourself "What the fuck is this guy on about, TMs being infinite is the best thing to happen to the Pokemon game." and in a way, you're right, I feel that the Archaic way that TMs were handled before they were made infinite is stupid, BUT I also feel making them infinite has taken a lot of the challenge (and might I add fun) out of team building, making you think about WHO should get a move, instead of just "Herpaderp Everybody gets this OP move because infinite TMs" Mind you that's a gross over dramatization, but the point still stands. I feel like the game either needs to find a balance between giving TM options for team building, without being heavy handed, in the way it is now. I feel like the game should have multiple high powered TMs, but at the cost that each one requires you to go out of your way to find it. Making it feel good when you actually discover it instead of just "Here's your infinite TM, Good for you little kiddie" I feel that would help restore some of the challenge and fun back to team building and allow people to actually consider who can make the most use out of each TM, adding to their value. As it stands right now, I feel the games are just too easy with this new TM system in place.

TMs being unlimited is for the benefit of online play.

It has fuck all to do with the main journey and it sure beats having to restart your game every time you need to farm the unique ones.

If you think it breaks the game in terms of single player, clearly you underestimate the idea of players that hoard them because they don't wanna waste them.

Why do all villains have to use traditionally intimidating Pokémon, like Dark, Poison, Ghost, etc. types? There needs to be a villain that's evil as hell but still likes using cutesy garbage. And I mean more than just pic related.
