Why are all my favorites missing in Alola?
Croagunk > Toxicroak, Gligar > Gliscor, Heracross, Hitmons, Tangela > Tangrowth...
I'm not sure what to do to get these guys, will there be some way for me to get them or is it never going to happen?

Think Darkrai will drop down to OU? Or would he still be considered too good? He's still able to easily get off a Nasty Plot on top of one of being in one of the best speed tiers plus decent bulk.

That speed and special attack is still too good for OU, there aren't a ton of things that resist and can take its STAB Dark Pulse. It'll just end up being in the Reshiram and Deoxys-N tier of mons too good for OU but ass in Ubers

The most common complains for both are the Exp. Share trivializing the whole game (and even then it's still somewhat easy for pokemon standards) and the lack of a good post game.
I personally think ORAS kinda tried to fix both a little (the champion's actually challenging and there's slightly more post-game content) but also failed in the process, cause the exp. share's still there and there's no Battle Frontier.

Went to the mall today and found one of the stores were already selling the Z-Ring and bought it, sadly they weren't selling the games, so I can't check to see how exactly it works with the game. The manual that comes with the thing doesn't explain how from the quick glance I gave it, so the game manual probably does.
Better than the Mega Ring and Bracelet I'd say, more lights and effects from the Z-Ring itself, but the bottom is surprisingly bulky since the thing uses AAA's for its rumble rather than I think watch batteries like the other two.
