50% is really bad news for a Pokemon as frail as Darkrai.

That speed and special attack is still too good for OU, there aren't a ton of things that resist and can take its STAB Dark Pulse. It'll just end up being in the Reshiram and Deoxys-N tier of mons too good for OU but ass in Ubers

It will most likely stay where it is. Despite the nerf, it's still incredibly dangerous due to its speed and power. BL0 is a neat idea, but not likely.

What am I reading? 70/90/90 is only a tiny bit better than Mega Medicham (60/85/85). It's not surviving anything with that.

Smogon will probably unban it for a while, but I don't see it sticking around. A simple set of Nasty Plot / Dark Pulse / Focus Blast / Sludge Bomb will singlehandedly shit on every balance team lacking Chansey while still being perfectly servicable against offense thanks to its base 125 speed.
People could compare it to Weavile and claim it's not that much better, but the problem with Darkrai (as well as Greninja) is that OU is forced to overprepare for a huge number of physical threats while most specially defensive Pokemon are Psychics, Fairies and Steels, which conveniently all get murdered by its coverage. For reference M-Scizor walls Weavile to oblivion, but can't switch into Darkrai at all.

Except Mega Medicham has to survive on a measly 100 Speed to get by and it's easily revenge killed, hence why it's commonly revenge killed by so many things. Darkrai can actually bear to live a some attacks, resists Sucker Punch, and messes up normal checks thanks to its utility moves and speed.

I'm not selling its defenses like 1940's caramel, but it's at least durable and speedy *enough* that it doesn't see itself killed so much like Medicham.

It's definitely decent for an offensive pokémon. It can at least take one neutral STAB from something that doesn't hit like a nuke (Crawdaunt, LO base 130+ high bp moves etc), and can safely switch into resisted hits, which is not something every offensive pokémon can say. Dark is also an okay -not good, but alright- defensive typing, unlike shit like pure psychic or normal
